"Even though I had a little misunderstanding/ not such a pleasant interaction with the customer service, I really appreciate one of the owners reaching out to me and correcting the mistakes. This is something more sellers should learn from.

UPDATE:
shipping was very timely, however, I did discover that I overpaid about $50 on a battery that I purchased from a sales person who called to confirm my address and up-sell. I wouldn't suggest buying their overpriced accessories.

Also, I'm still waiting on my 5-year warranty that apparently ships separately. "

"I purchased a Sony NEX VG10 for my church on 1/12/12 for $1,370 so we could have good quality live streaming video of our services. Like the other reviewers, I was immediately called by a salesperson who wanted to upsell us with batteries and memory. I told them we did not want any extras and they then informed me that the camera was on indefinite backorder with their distributor.

I have called them just about every week to check the progress of the camera, but the response was always the same: still on backorder. After a month of waiting, I canceled and placed a purchase yesterday from a different, but more expensive source. It just shipped this morning.

Do NOT recommend buying anything from here, based on my experience. Seems to be priced too-good-to-be-true..."

"Ordered a camera on Sunday. The web site says the camera usually ships in 1 to 2 business days. Finally received an email on Friday to call them to "confirm" my billing address. The call was to sell me more stuff - lens, memory card - and warranty. No Nikon warranty on this camera - it is a "grey market" camera - though the web site itself does not say that. I cancelled the order because I felt I was lied to on all levels (shipping time, product, "confirm" billing address). Over all a bad experience and I cannot recommend this site."

"The sales staff were extremely helpful in pointing out that I had order the wrong memory card for the camera that I had selected. Since the mailing address was different from the billing address they led me how to make it a secure transaction advising me to contact my credit card carrier with this info. I needed a short time for delivery and they made sure they accommodated me. I felt like I was dealing with a personal shopper at a high end department store. This is a luxury in our e-shopping era. "BUYER BEWARE!!! I placed my order expecting the item to be delivered right away. Five days later AjRichies calls and asks for verification on billing and shipping. Who does that? Why wait five days to call and verify information that was already on the order? When I call them back, I wait 20 minutes to get a human. That person asks why I'm calling and transfers me to another department. I wait another 15 minutes. When that person comes on the line, they ask to verify my info and then try to hard sell additional items. I decline and ask them to expedite the item. I am told that the camera won't ship for at least another two weeks! My turn to push. I demand the camera sooner and I'm told the item ships from another location. I am told AjRiches does not carry this item and before I can cancel the order, they hang up!
They have all my CC info, I don't have the camera. My only choice is to call and waste my time to cancel this item.

AjRichies is paying attention to the reviews. I sent a cancellation email and received a fast response. Adam in the Customer Service Department did his best to fill the expedited order. I wish the company had put this much effort into my order in the first place. Then they would have received 5 stars and a rave review! Unfortunately for AjRichies, I placed my order with another company last night and the camera was overnighted at no additional cost. Regardless, you have my thanks Adam."
