"This will be a great test for the company. I just ordered a T2i from them on Sunday 1/29. Just like the others, I received an email stating that they needed to contact me to "verify billing address" or my order would be canceled (very suspect since I provided that on the order form). I spoke to Michael who tried to up-sell me on lenses and batteries. I declined and asked if I'd get a tracking number. He said yes, of course, that it was all automated.
We'll see....
If I get the camera body as ordered, I will certainly post back here to update.
Today is 2/1.
Update: 2/7 - I rec'd the camera as promised but I do have some observations:
1) It came in a white box (not the original).
2) The camera was in an open bag and not sealed.
3) Canon's website registered the camera as a kit and not body, so that explains the white box, I suppose.
All that said, it is a very good deal.

"Stay away from this company. I ordered a camera and two days later got a call and they tried to sell me more items and told me they havent proccesed my order yet. A week later my credit card still had not been charged so I called them and was told my camera was on back order and it would take up to 21 days for it to come in. I canceled the order and ordered from another company and it was procesed in 10 minutes credit card charged and an email saying they would send me the shipping info as soon as shipped. This is how a good company works!"
"Please don't buy from this company, my order 30 days later and nothing. Don't waste your time they don't have any cameras or equipment in stock. Terrible sellers. For a few dollars more you can get it any were else.GOOD LUCK if you buy from the so called Ajrichies photo.The customer service dept, Its a JOKE. "As of writing this review on January 30, 2012, I have cancelled my order for a Canon Rebel T2i after reading the negative reviews of Ajrichies.com on here. Here is my story:
I ordered the product on January 21, 2012. I got a call and email 3 days after saying they needed to confirm my billing information. Which is odd in the first place because it should be up to the buyer to confirm that their own billing info is correct. I reply to them via email and they say they will have someone call me. I wait 2 more days and decide to call them myself. I confirm that the billing info is correct, however I learn pretty quickly that they are actually only doing this to try to UPSELL me on a longer lasting battery from the battery that only lasts a "half hour" that comes stock with the camera. They also try to UPSELL me on a memory card. Both of these items are way overpriced, which makes me realize they are trying to SCAM me. I say "NO" to both but confirm that I still want the camera at the deal advertised. I get an email today (4 days after the call trying to UPSELL me, a full 9 days after I placed the order) saying that the product is on order and will take 14 days to get to their warehouse before they can even ship it out to me, or to reply with CANCEL if I do not want the order, which I have done.
After reading many similar experiences on here, I realize this is just a bunch of guys living in New York selling grey market products out of their apartment, upselling people into buying overpriced accessories so they can make a profit. Not exactly illegal business operations, but extremely unethical and unofficial, unintended and unauthorized by the original manufacturers of these products. I am very disappointed in Ajrichies.com, I strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to buy from somewhere else where actual ethical business practices are enforced.
I am now expecting this Adam guy or someone else to call me and try to offer me money, or to properly ship my product to me as advertised in exchange for changing this review, rather than holding my product hostage sending it out a month after I ordered it. However, I have already CANCELLED the order through two emails to Ajrichies.com. This has been the worst transaction experience I have ever had online. In closing, DO NOT BUY FROM AJRICHIES.COM!!!! "

"Ajrichies.com had the best online deal I could find on a Pentax K5 camera. They beat everybody else by a couple hundred dollars. I placed the order online for just a camera and lens kit for under a thousand dollars. I was very happy with my purchase, but things got even better the next day when sales called back on the phone. They offered their upgrade package: 5 year USA warranty, quick charger, 2 extra high capacity batteries, lens filter, 8GB high capacity ultra high speed SD card and a shockproof soft camera bag still about 200 bucks cheaper than I could find elsewhere online for the same comparable accessory items.
They shipped extremely fast and e-mailed me a tracking number so someone could be present to sign the delivery confirmation. I ordered on a Saturday, they shipped on Monday and I had the camera package on Thursday.
A great deal made even better. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will tell others to shop Ajrichies.com first and compare prices.

However...the camera bag and tripod sent were hugh disappointments. With a camera and lens of this quality I would have expected a higher quality bag.
