Order received promptly with one minor discrepancy - bonus spare battery for new camera was omitted. One phone call and it was received in next day's express delivery. "I ordered a canon T3 with the lens kit. I was told the item was in stock. The order was placed on 11/5/11. On 11/6/11, I received a phone call from someone who suggested purchasing batteries, memory cards and other stuff. I declined the offers and then got an email saying it will take 14 days to ship. It is over 14 days now and todays phone call got someone who said they were in stock. When I gave him my order number, he said it will take 14-29 days to ship. This was from today.

Personally, I think that because they sold it to me for $389, they do not want to honor that price. If I had purchased the battery, or the memory card or their other stuff, I would likely have the camera already. I do not trust companies like this and have dealt with operations like this before.

Amazon has it today for $489. I will cancel and purchase it from someone I know who will be straightforward and ship.
