Time started getting close to the date that we needed to have this item so I contacted Ajrichies and asked if it was going to be shipped in time. They got back to me right away and informed me that they didn't have the color I ordered in stock but had a silver one and could ship that out if that was ok with us. "Originally, I had some ssues with my order. But today, Adam (customer service) called and informed me that they did receive the item and it will be shipped 3-5 day delivery at no addition charge due to the delay.

As an update, my item is shipping as promissed from Adam (Ajrichies sent me the tracking information). I rated the customer service high because they were responsive to me. And they upgraded my shipping. Overall, I am satisfied."

"I do not recommend doing business with AJ Richies. I ordered a Cannon Rebel T3i digital SLR camera kit yesterday, which their website indicates comes with a one year warranty and was in stock, and my order was confirmed. The next day they email me to call them to "verify billing info". I call and they instead try to sell me other things I did not want, when I said no, they said I had ordered a grey market international version of the camera which did not come with a warranty, but I could get the US version for $100 more that they had in stock. When I said no to the warrranty they said they could not ship overnight as they confirmed and would have to order it with delivery date unknown. I cancelled the order. They did not honor what they advertised."
