"Similar horror story about Shuttle SP35P2 Pro. The system would not boot (DOA), so I RMA'ed it to them. They made me pay for shipping and said it is standard practice which I was all right with. Fun starts after that: They did not locate the package for four days after UPS delivered it. As I was forcing them to tell me where it is, all of a sudden the package appears, it was in inspection that is why they did not know where it was. I mean how fishy can you get? Entire point of RMA is inspect and replace and while in inspection they don't know where it is. Also, they tell me that the side panel is scratched and they have to send it to Shuttle itself for there is damage. I am then furious, since either they made up this scratch story or they scratched or damaged the unit themselves. I am sure there were no scratches on it and the way it was packed UPS should attack it with swords to put scratches on the side panel. Then I tell them all these and ask for explanation. They DO NOT REPLY! Horrible customer service, most probable unethical behavior. Never shop from these guys!"
"Ordered a Shuttle P35 barebones. Received it in reasonably fast order, but it wouldn't boot from the box. Called their tech support who were helpful but suggested it was probably hardware. I asked to RMA, they told me I had to send it back to the manufacturer for repair (this was brand new mind you) or incur a restocking fee. I had to ship it back to Shuttle at my expense, waited two weeks and now finally have a working system. Would never order from these guys again. Who doesn't support a DOA refund policy? "
"Ordered an ASUS Maximus Formula SE motherboard late Monday, after business hours. Order was shipped in a timely manner on the evening of the 9th. I received it in good condition Friday the 12th. Shipping was a bit more then I expected but within reason. Item was well packaged overall, would expect a slightly larger box but there were still enough styrofoam peanuts to pad it well. Each stage of the order was updated quickly on their site and in e-mail also. Price of the item was a tiny bit higher then other resellers, but I was trying to order this board so I'd have it at the end of the week, and they did beat the other online resellers to market on this board by 2 or 3 days, so I'm not truly complaining about it. Overall a good experience, and will check with them the next time I'm wanting a computer component, and the other online resellers have yet to list it. As an aside, I also did use their "back in stock" notification service on a couple motherboards I was considering, including this one. Within 24 hours of the item being in stock, it did e-mail me, so that service works well."
"Extremely fast shipping I ordered my drive 5pm on Tuesday and got it before noon on Wednesday!
Could not ask for better service!
Item was even packaged well enough to ship across the US, in my case it was just another County, but it looked like care was taken to ensure no damage to the product.
Would purchase from these guys again! "
"They or their credit card service that they use double charged my credit card, and of course my card company stopped the second change. Then Ajump claimed that my charge was declined and won't ship my order and now I am going to have to dispute this either erroneous or fraudulent charge on my account and I won't be able to use this card until this whole mess is straightened out. The few dollars I was going to save isn't worth all of these problems!!! I WILL NEVER USE AJUMP AGAIN!!!"
"Service sucks. Buy from a local store or Amazon even if it costs couple of bucks extra. This company does not pay for return shipping of a defective product. As long as your product works it's OK. But if it doesn't then it can be very expensive. "
"Ordered 2 wrong socket type CPU's from this vendor and was told to submit RMA online, especially since I never opened and never broke the seal on either box. After filling out information online, Ajump then emailed me to tell me that it does not accept CPU's for refund returns. Calls to Ajump would not change their minds. This is the only company I've ever dealt with that has this ridiculous no-return policy on new CPU's that were never used. Furthermore, this no-return CPU policy is not made clear at time of ordering. A waste of my time and money to do business with this company. Never again...."
"Placed an order for a NAS storage unit and some Hard Drives...I received a call from the store for confirming the shipment address and the order status. They shipped it the order out promptly. I received the package and all of the componenets were very well packed in bubble wrap.
Great experience and would buy from them again."
"The following email was sent to AJUMP after recieving a damaged product.
I just opened the packing box of my shipment. The product was shipped in a
too small box with all packing material underneath the product box and no
packing material between the most fragile part of the product box and the
outer box - product cpu processor was found removed from display mounting
within product box, with protective inner case open and part able to move
around causing damage to tiny motherboard mounting pins -their was no
damage to the outer shipping box - RMA has been requested through your
online form.
Please make sure the replacement item is in good shape, put the
replacement product in a box large enough to protect it and package it
with materials placed to fully protect the item.
The following is the response I recieved.
Dear Stanley,
We apologize for the delay in response to your email. However, we have reviewed your case and have determined that it is not possible for the processor to be removed from the display mount within the product box. AMD takes great effort in packaging their CPUs properly and securely as to prevent such incidents--even if the product box were to shift within a shipping box during transit.
With physical damages, Ajump may no longer extend any warranty. We apologize we can not be of further assistance at this time. If you feel that the processor was not securely packaged in its own box, you may contact the manufacturer direct at ***-***-**** for further assistance.
Best regards,
Khang Pham

"They charged my credit card, then claimed my credit card was being declined. Meanwhile, there is clearly a charge from ajump.com on my credit card (verified with bank). Now I get the pleasure of disputing the charge. I guess it's possible they made an honest mistake, but this was a complete, total waste of time either way. Will not order from them again."
"Fantastic speed, price, free shipping, and no hassles!"

"Ordered A8N-SLI from this company. Web site description was clear and accurate, item was shipped immediately (within a day) and arrived quickly and as advertised in perfect condition. I would order from this company again."
"System worked perfectly out of the box. Reasonable delivery time considering that there were a couple of parts shortages, and that I ordered near Christmas."
