" Both aliexpress.com and dhgate.com have too many scammers and don't look out for their customers, thus I will never buy anything from them. Once the business receives the money from the merchants, it doesn't care about anything else except to pretend that it is fair. The sellers are a gang of "criminals" who take advantage of any opportunity to defraud the consumer. The companies have dispute sections, but the so-called «judges» are typically made up of merchants and they nearly invariably side with the merchant.
The first trick the merchants use is to defraud the customer and the business. Let's imagine you bought an expensive electronic item. They can send a tiny Chinese doll in an envelope to you. You never prove that the merchant defrauded you as soon as the envelope arrives in your mailbox and the mailman notifies the company that you have goods. aliexpress.com and dhgate.com say they consider the package delivered based on the tracking only.
The second trick. Sometimes you have ordered an item, and that doesn't work. You can open a dispute and, although you uploaded wanted evidence, the so-called «dispute judges» decided to return the item to the seller. Well, the defective item cost you $25.00 plus delivery and taxes, and returning the item to the seller going cost you an additional $45.00. The merchant and the «dispute judges» smile, they are happy.
Sometimes you have ordered the merchandise, paid for it and then 20 days later the merchant cancels the order and forgets to send you your money back. Surprise !!!
Tens and hundreds of tricks against the buyers. After a while, I decided to pay more to the American company. At least now I feel like a normal person and none has a possibility to cheat me."

"On November 25th 2021, I ordered 4 WIFI Camera from Seller Anbiux Official Store! I am from Guyana, South America As such the package was forwarded to the USA, from there it came to Guyana via Freight Forwarder. took roughly 1 and a half month to reach in Guyana.
About 4 weeks after it reached I had the cameras installed only to realize it's not recording. It would not accept SD card. All I can do is view live feed. What purpose this serve? Am I suppose to sit infront the camera whole day?
I contacted the seller, this is the worst seller on AliExpress I came across. He takes advantage of your limitations and use it against you. After i notified him of the issue he forced me into ordering this SD card saying the card is designed to work specially for those cameras. I did, another month to month and a half for the SD card to get to me, when i tried it, the 2 cameras still isn't working!
I notified him that two of the camera isn't working, he even sent me links to update the camera software, after all this is done, he pretended as if it's just one camera has the issue and requesting me to send back the camera at my expense. I already spent almost 50% of the cost of the cameras to get it here to Guyana! no where in hell am I going to waste more money behind this junk seller.
I wasn't the one that asked him to send me defective products in the first place!
I contacted aliexpress several times on this matter! cases kept getting opened and no one follows up with me! not a single person. To date I have spent over 10,000usd on aliexpress! and this is the service you are given! I used to recommend AliExpress to so many people due to the purchase protection guarantee but I would never recommend this website to anyone again. This company has lost my total trust. they literally allows their seller to walk all over you without a care of what you spent your money on."
"Pages are full of thumbnails that show a low price but when you click on it the actual price is much higher. Aliexpress does not make sellers remove false ads or ban them from selling for a while for purposely using false ads. I got so tired of this and all the time I was wasting and went back to eBay."

The company supplying the goods make all sorts of stupid remarks such as wrong product number, being on holiday (they have lots of holidays!) and 'puzzle' emojis. Recently purchased a branch chipper on AliExpress from Practical Industrial Spray Tenologies, their ad stated FREE SHIPPING to Canada.
Two weeks before the arrival recieved a pre alert invoice from Jet Sea Shipping International which listed a bunch of ridiculous fees and charges totaling close to $800 CDN.
I went to pick up the shipment at CTC logistics terminal in Vancouver but they would not release the shipment till this invoice was paid.
I disputed the issue with the supplier and escalated to AliExpress but they just stood behind the the
supplier as though they had done nothing wrong.
This machine ended up costing me a thousand dollars more than what I could have bought it for had I
bought it from a legit supplier on Alibaba and used a reliable shipping service provider.
Beware of scammers and cheaters on AliExpress! and be careful because AliExpress doesn't care if you
lose! Also beware of Jet Sea Shipping International... thieves"

"You can not establish sales tax exempt, even when you are a company that buys in hundreds of the same items. They send you round and round on that eva asking for all sorts of information, like the invoice, which you can't even download. You send them your resale certificate and they ask for the permit. Those fools don't realize that is one in the same document. You should be able to establish sales tax exempt status with documentation that would apply to all of your orders. I hate this company. The individual vendors on there have always been quite helpful, though and the merchandise good. I just wish you didn't have to use that horrible customer feed back and go through Aliexpress. I buy as little as I can there because of their refusal to assist in establishing sales tax exemption and I have the necessary document. I HATE THIS COMPANY. Buy as little as you can from them. I have 24 pages of orders from that miserable company and have wasted 20 hours trying to get tax exempt status. That EVA is the most pathetic excuse for customer service ever invented. Aliexpress are complete fools as no one buys hundreds of the same items for personal use and they can't see these companies are buying for resell. I guess they have down graded to mostly selling single items for personal use and do not cater to the business buyer. If I am going to buy on a consistent basis from a source, I try to buy pass and buy direct when I am sure of a source. It's too bad the company is a completely miserable experience to deal with as the individual vendors there are good and very helpful.
