"We ordered 2 chairs from AliExpress on Dec 1st, 2023 for a total of $85.92. The estimated delivery was December 27th, and the Order ID is **************; we did not receive the package by that time, and since we traveled, we checked on Jan 2nd, 2024 about the status. AliExpress told us it had already been delivered under the FedEx Tracking number **************. The tracking shows it was delivered on Dec 11th, which we did not receive. The proof of delivery at FedEx is available publicly, and it does not show the address but shows the signature "Menman," which is not us. We reached out to AliExpress on many occasions, and they told us it was delivered and would not help us unless we proved we did not receive it. We filed a claim with FedEx for not receiving it, but the FexEx submission was not accepting our delivery address as the correct address for the package. We still filed a claim with FedEx, which was declined the next day. They said they would only talk to the sender, and we asked AliExpress to issue a claim, which they repeatedly asked us to do. We called FedEx again, and they told us we were not the recipient and AliExpress was not the sender; the tracking is sent by Walmart, Ohio, and the recipient is Walmart, Tucson, Arizona; we told this to AliExpress, and they declined to investigate and closed the case. We asked for a full refund. We contacted the shipper, who agreed to refund if a dispute can be made, but AliExpress declined to open a dispute; they claim it was delivered, which is not the case. We never received it, and the tracking does not have our order address or name. I asked AliExpress to contact FedEx to verify we were not the recipient. Instead, they asked us for a signed letter from FedEx stating we never received this package; however, since the tracking is not for us and they declined to talk to the recipient, we cannot provide such a letter."
"Reasonable Price, Acceptable Quality"
"I have contacted them several times about several orders.
The information on their website for the shipping company is incorrect.
The phone number DOES NOT EXIST.
The shipping company claimed they called me on a certain date to deliver the package and I have screenshots of my phone log that shows they NEVER called me.
The WEBSITE PROVIDE ON ALIEXPRESS for the shipping company does NOT recognize the Tracking number.
I messaged AliExpress over their app many times with screenshots to prove all the above.
Finally someone gives me the address and phone number of the shipping company (COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from AliExpress app.) I call them and the do NOT recognize the tracking number.
So I have no legitimate Tracking number. I have phone numbers that either DO NOT WORK or does not have my package information.
Here's the kicker. The shop I bought it from wants to give me a refund. But AliExpress is NOT giving that option to either of us.
SO SHOP WANTS TO REFUND BUT ALIEXPRESS REFUSES.
DO NOT SHOP FROM THERE.
Buy from Tiki, buy from Lazada, buy from SHIEN. I have NEVER had problems with buying from them directly.
Aliexpress has not delivered and REFUSES to give a refund. Even if the shop that you purchased from agrees to it."
"Don't purchase from this website; you'll fall victim to scams, and they will shield the scammers. You'll lose your money and time. Beware of this major scam-protecting company, AliExpress. I will never use it again, and I will warn everybody about it.

"Almost every time I got very good items that were just as described. However there have been those unfortunate times where I got some knockoff version of what the image showed on their listing, or for example, a really thin wig when I ordered a very thick one.
My experience with AliExpress has been pretty good and I love being able to purchase very expensive things off of there for relatively cheap. I won't stop shopping on there just because of a few bad experiences and I would encourage people to check reviews, make sure you look at pictures and the dates they were posted, and read through all of them. Some reviews are fake but some are real, so...
I definitely won't stop shopping with them, can't throw the baby out with the bath water!"
"Store name: IFYT Store
I recently ordered 48 pairs of sunglasses from AliExpress for $84.56. They were advertised as polarized Lens.
However, upon testing them with a polarized tester card, I discovered they weren't polarized and just regular lens. AliExpress acknowledged via email that the seller had multiple violations and intended to penalize them. Despite this, they only issued a partial refunded of $22.13 out of purchase price of $84.56. and asked me to return the products to them in China & the shipping cost was going to be $50.00.
if I bore the cost of returning the products to China, which amounts to $50.00. Considering the total remaining refund was $62.43, it seems unreasonable to spend $50.00 on return shipping for their mistake. Additionally, AliExpress's return policy clearly promises free returns for items not as described, yet they're not honoring this.
To make matters worse, they've deactivated reviews on the seller's page, preventing me from sharing my experience. I strongly advise caution when purchasing from AliExpress, as their claim of free returns is misleading, and they may expect you to cover return shipping costs.

"I have ordered 5 things from AE. 3 were just scams that never delivered. 1 was as listed and fine. The last had "FREE" returns but when I tried to return it AE stalled me. They told me that it had to be reviewed by upper management. That was 25 days ago and no response. Customer service was absolutely no help. They simple repeated the same song and dance. Never again for AliExpress."
"AliExpress customer service is so bad. I paid money and didn't receive things I bought. AliExpress dispute and vendor suggested me to go after the sender or Canada Post. where I can globally find out this sender? Canada Post said they don't know and the sender maybe work at a warehouse somewhere in the world. The Vendor said the sender is in Asia. It's ridiculous. So, AliExpress refused my request to refund because I cannot provide evidence. Stay away from AliExpress. "
"Avoid Shop1102440765 Store at all cost.
I recently bought an OLED screen to replace my cracked Samsung Galaxy S20 FE screen. I purchased the product from the Aliexpress on store "Shop1102440765 Store".
Upon receiving the screen, I made the replacement. This is where my bad experience started. The new screen was supposed to be an exact replacement of the old screen running at 120hz. When I booted the phone with the new screen, I noticed right away a very slow refresh rate of around 20hz. I contacted the seller who was unhelpful and kept pointing fingers at me. I sent to the seller a proof video of the issue and he simply kept delaying response so I could not open a dispute.
I went ahead and opened a dispute on the last day because nothing was being done. The seller provided a video as evidence during the dispute, which, upon careful examination, is unrelated to the product they shipped to me. Notably, the color of the screen in the video differs from the one I received; mine is purple, whereas the video depicts a red screen. This discrepancy strongly suggests that the seller's video is not representative of the product I received, and, therefore, their claim of product quality remains unsubstantiated. The dispute was closed right away siding with the seller. I believe it was concluded prematurely without a thorough investigation of the evidence presented. I have compelling proof that the product I received is indeed defective, so I have appealed to my case.
To facilitate a resolution of this matter, I have undertaken extensive documentation. I recorded a side-by-side comparison video, illustrating the significant disparity in refresh rates between the problematic screen and the original cracked screen. This discrepancy in refresh rates is evident through the observable lag and the unresponsive performance of the seller's screen. I must emphasize that while the operating system may display a debug message indicating a 120hz refresh rate, it is essential to consider the actual screen refresh rate, which directly impacts user experience. The discrepancy in refresh rates is discernible, even to the human eye, as it noticeably affects the fluidity of animations and screen responsiveness.
For context, I have a background as a technically-savvy software engineer with extensive experience troubleshooting both software and hardware issues. I have a history of building computers and modifying cell phones, and I meticulously researched and reviewed numerous disassembly videos specific to my Samsung SM-G781W model to isolate the root cause of this issue. Consequently, I am confident in asserting that the screen provided by the seller is subpar in quality and may not have undergone rigorous quality testing, as they claimed. If indeed tested, it is possible that such testing was conducted on an incompatible phone model, further exacerbating the issue.
In summary, the core issue revolves around the substandard refresh rate of the screen I purchased from the seller. Upon installation, it became evident that the screen's refresh rate was approximately 15hz, rendering it practically unusable. I contend that the product does not meet the advertised 120hz refresh rate, as indicated by the operating system. When I initially contacted the seller regarding this issue, their response was dismissive, and they attributed the problem solely to my actions. However, I have provided unequivocal video evidence to substantiate my claim.
To underscore the urgency and seriousness of this matter, I have attached a video documenting the disassembly of my phone at the appeal stage. In the video, it is easy to observe the original cracked screen, which indeed refreshes at 120hz, as evident by its smooth animations and responsiveness. Subsequently, I replace it with the seller's new screen, and the stark difference in refresh rates becomes undeniable, resulting in a compromised user experience.
I respectfully disagree with the dispute decision and its appeal, as it fails to acknowledge the glaring issue with the product's refresh rate. The seller's response throughout the process was unhelpful and uninformative, leaving me no choice but to initiate a dispute. Regrettably, the seller submitted an unrelated video as their evidence, further undermining the integrity of the dispute resolution process.
The appeal process did not help in away way, shape or form. I have simply received an email from Aliexpress stating they are sorry to inform they have carefully revisisted all the proof provided and found that the proof is not effective enough to prove my claim. They suggest to contact the seller (which is not helping) to ask for a return.
Avoid Aliexpress for high price items. You'll lose your money."
"I purchased an item from the app and at some point the status changed to delivery failed due to wrong address while the same time I purchased 6 more items and all were delivered. The package was sent to the wrong country. I still haven’t received my refund because they are asking for evidence which I have been providing for almost 5 weeks and I have contacted the customer service 7 times and texted about 12 different agents, and I still get the same answers. I sent them proof from the postal offices, from the logistics company and even one of their own agent told me that this is all the evidence they need to issue the refund. They keep sending me a link to track the package which clearly states that the package is still in the wrong country."
"My package was worth over $100. It was lost in the mail, but Ali customer service said they needed documentation for a refund. I contacted USPS and went down there several times. I ended up requesting a letter from USPS stating that the package was lost, and Ali customer service STILL refused a refund!"
"I made a purchase online with AliExpress for $109.27 on 6-14-2023 & was supposed to have received 8 Disney shirts (purchased for my Disney Cruise which is on 8-1-2023) by 7-6-2023 and NO Later than 7-11-2023 per their "on-time guarantee" delivery. I have contacted the seller, AliExpress, ACI (shipping partner that claims USPS has it), and USPS (which claims the shipping partner has it) and NO one knows where this pkg is BUT AliExpress claims the carrier is trying to deliver it, and wants me to wait til 8-18-2023 for delivery of these items that I purchased on 6-14-2023 that has been "out for delivery" since 6-26-2023. AliExpress nor the sellers are able or willing to give me any information as to where this package is, what carrier has this package, or an ETA for this package. I only receive daily emails claiming to be "shipping updates" I have yet to receive the goods I paid for or a refund.
AliExpress claims to have purchase protection for its consumers but I have yet to receive a refund for the goods I paid for on 6-14-2023 and per the website "on-time guarantee" delivery. which my order has been "out for delivery" since 6-26-2023"
"I have made many small purchases. Prices are great, but the app/website is not integrated like some other similar ones. Each store is listed separately, which can make it confusing to get minimums for free or 15 day shipping. The search feature is frustrating because the free shipping filter doesn't work. Many stores list items for low prices but charge huge shipping costs, while others list the actual price. Sometimes shipping cost is listed, but often it is hidden until you click through and choose options for specific products. Huge time waste. Also, you can't see shipping updates unless you install the app. But they send massive numbers of updates via email and text (maybe too many). But prices on things I'm looking for are amazing if I spend the time doing thorough searches. "
"Placed an order on 4/16/2023. In early May, Ali Express said that they tried to deliver and their so called logistic partner (hahaha another lie) tried to deliver. According to them I had moved and thus they returned my package!! Absolute LIES because I am staying at the same address for 23 + years. I asked them for a rend and they said they sent it: another full blown lie. This company Ali Express and their fraudulent partners are cheating us in a very organized way. US govt must somehow stop them from doing business here in USA.
My advice to all is KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY & NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. "
