"NEVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH ALIEXPRESS SELLERS. THEY ARE FULL OF LIES AND DISHONESTY. Aliexpress allows lots of scammers/ fraud sellers to sell on their platform. Creating a mistrust and dishonest e-commerce platform that we have encountered during the busy holiday season.

We are a dropshipping company and we think Aliexprress WOULD PROTECT US but they DID NOT.

We sent hundreds of orders to Aliexpress sellers for fulfillment and they created fake tracking IDS at first, then replaced it with another tracking that seems valid. However, after a while, my customers complained that they never received the product despite the tracking said it already delivered SOMEWHERE.

We opened the dispute but still LOST because their staff are not aware of the wrong delivery address but only see it was delivered somewhere so they MADE THE WRONG JUDGEMENT, THEY did not refund orders are shipped and delivered SOMEWHERE. THEY DID NOT DO ENOUGH TO protect the BIG customers like us. WE LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND these scammers are still allowed to sell on their platform.

AVOID THIS E-COMMERCE PLATFORM AT ALL COST. DROPSHIP AND FULFILL YOUR ORDER FROM OTHER E-COMMERCE WEBSITES TO AVOID ANY FRUSTRATION.

"I ordered 3 bicycle seats for approximately $100, but have not received any products. Seller responded that he didn't receive his/her products and cannot ship, sorry. S/he simply closed my case on AliExpress.
DO NOT trust AliExpress or AliBaba with any purchases, you have a 65% chance you will never receive your products and you will lose your money!"

"I ordered a bunch of products of the past 4 years. Sometimes I didn't get the items, sometimes I did, but it was ok. Recently, I ordered a lot of products during covid and only got about 10% of them. When I filed disputes on the items I did not receive, they suspended my account. Now I have lost more than 100+€ in orders not received and not refunded. I will ask my credit card company to help recoup the money.

The customer service is terrible to reach and there is no intention to solve the problem, they just delay and are hard to reach."

Some items are promptly delivered, usually with what appears to be US warehouse. Regular items take a month or more if shipped from overseas. Frequently, items (over 10% of orders) which were never received were disputed and if their logistics show it never left China, a refund is promptly given. If a product is received damaged, they discount it, but I end up stuck with a damaged item, albeit at a reduced cost. The problem is that their logistics can be way off, and I end up charged for items which I never received, so I am out the cost of the entire order with no delivery.
Note that description is often wrong and overly optimistic, and be careful with voltage (many things are 220) and size (metric vs. English - even drawer knobs don't fit and threads on screws are not US compatible). Plugs on electronics can be European/Chinese standard - not US.
In short, ordering from Aliexpress is like gambling. Don't do it unless you can afford to lose your money. You can get a good deal, but often, you will get burned. Also, be careful of fake goods (like SD cards)."

"I ordered a U.S. version of the OnePluse 7t Pro McLaren edition phone charger and was sent the European charger version instead, which is absolutely no use to me in the U.S. I opened a dispute and was informed that my claim of having been sent the wrong item was 'invalid', despite providing them with a picture of the item I had received. This is unbelievably poor service and I recommend that you stay away from this scam operation. "

"I've been buying from Aliexpress over 5 years now. It really is a hit and miss. Typically their items are cheap and low quality unless they are specific brand that you know is good. There are some good quality items like bike accessories/hdmi connectors/USB hubs/authentic badminton shuttlecock. There a handful of times that the seller sent completely different or fake items. Just make sure you "open dispute" before clicking "item arrived". Otherwise aliexpress will release the money to the seller and you might never see your money again. The few times that I had issues I had to raise the issue to aliexpress as I can't come to an agreement with the seller, and I got my refund on 3 occasions. Typically shipping to Canada is 2 months even up to 4 months for items. I did have some package arrived in 3 weeks time before. I'd say only order things that you don't mind waiting for up to 4 months or may never arrive and lose the money completely. Otherwise stick to amazon or some other big name store."

"I placed an order on Aliexpress. My credit card was instantly charged for full amount including shipping. Couple of days later I received a message from seller. The seller informed me the item is no longer available. The seller asked me to cancel my order.
After I canceled my order I received only a partial refund. I tried to contact seller but I got no response. I tried to get on line help from virtual assistant Eva but I got no response. I tried to open a dispute but it was not possible because the order was closed. I was unable to leave feedback same reason.
This is the lesson for me. I am going to cancel my Aliexpress account.

"Do not buy from BESTNAVY TECH Store. Sent me a bad DVD drive. Wanted me to pull up on the sides to fix it. Sent videos and pictures to dispute. Like many reviewers have already stated, the dispute always goes to the seller. They said I didn't have proof (even though the videos and pictures show a bad drive). This model isn't sustainable and eventually people will catch on. When you think you're saving money, you're not. Especially after you loose $100 and then just have to buy it from a reputable place that stands behind their products...like Amazon. Never again from aliexpress. Until they clean up their act, be prepared to kiss your money goodbye."
