"Mon expérience avec Aliexpress est mitigée. Certains vendeurs sont honnêtes, d'autres le sont beaucoup moins, tant en ce qui concerne les produits que le délai de livraison.
Il faut choisir les boutiques les mieux notées quitte à payer les produits un peu plus chers, et surtout bien lire des descriptions des produits sans se fier aux photos qui sont parfois, peut-être volontairement, trompeuses.
Il m'est également arrivé de recevoir des produits indubitablement contrefaits, notamment des composants électroniques qui étaient très largement hors des spécifications des datasheets.
La plupart des litiges que j'ai ouverts ont été réglés en ma faveur, soit par le vendeur lui-même, soit par Aliexpress une fois passé le délai de règlement du litige et qu'un accord n'a pas été trouvé avec le vendeur. "
"I ordered an item to be delivered by Dec 24th and paid $55 for FedEX with a guarantee from the vendor who outright lied. I submitted a dispute and guess what happened? Nothing. It was turned down. Aliexpress does not support it's customers and take way too long to settle disputes. When item are late all you get from vendors are, pelase wait, it's coming. They have no regard for customer service and they care - they have your money. Aliexpress is a fail and either needs to step it up or go away."
"Total Scam! Please spare your money and energy and look elsewhere. I've ordered 40 items with a specific size and the seller has sent out 40 times a different (much cheaper) size. Even though I have evidence since the items have labels on them showing the wrongs sizes and the seller has admitted to having sent the wrong sizes in private message, AliExpress has decided in favor of the seller and not offered a full refund. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and am now opening a dispute directly with them. Never ever will I order with AliExpress again. I rather pay more money and purchase with trustworthy companies. "My organization spent more than $800 on items that arrived completely (100%) damaged and more than 3 months late. Aliexpress' system of 'negotiation' with seller took another month to complete. I ended up only receiving $400 refund. So I basically spent $400 of junk that just went to the trash.

"They are crooks. I ordered a product from a supplier ( Shop911407026 Store ) and the product was not shipped. The supplier gave me a tracking number for a package sent to Spain and I am from Romania. I asked Aliexpress to return my money and for the first time they approved my full refund. After a month I asked them why they didn't send me the money and then they changed from full refund to partial refund and took $ 70 out of a total of $ 340 for no reason. The supplier's store was closed, obviously due to the fact that it was a scam."

And it shows that have been delivered and when I opened case for refund was just ignored and was not response from aliexpress or the seller!

"I was treated very ugly by one of the Aliexpress dealers. Despite my several customer care requests, no one has taken the matter seriously so far. I expected an apology from the seller and removal of the offensive comment from Aliexpress.
I am a diamond buyer and unfortunately I have a sad conclusion - Aliexpress does not help buyers but protects rude sellers. If a wish to get Covid from a rogue seller breaks the rules of Aliexpress, I don't understand how this can't be handled for couple months. Unless such seller's behavior is in the cannons of Aliexpress good practice..."
"I ordered 2 headsets from Abandon artefe Store and then I ordered 2 more. The first order was fine but the second never arrived. Ali Express has a system whereby you confirm orders having arrived. When I checked the status, after several months waiting, I found that the order had been confirmed!
You take a chance with Ali. The prices are great for items that come from China anyway but there is no recourse when you are cheated. This Ali store should be avoided."
"Aliexpress is a front for many stores, many of which take full advantage of the limited time window Aliexpress allows for contesting a purchase. They will try an play you so the window closes before the issue is resolved. Example - I purchased a diamond painting for my girl from from KAMY YI gift shop. It was missing half the diamonds. On contact they said they would rush replacements. They took 3 month to arrive and only a fraction of what was missing. Contacted them again, but after promising to resend I guess they realized I can no more make a direct review or file a complaint with Aliexpress, so they just ignored me. Stay away from this store."
