Sizes are 2 sizes smaller than advertised.
Called back, and assured full refund. They practically charged me for using shipping label to send back, literally!
No other company does that with defective or wrong products, to charge for shipping back. I got partial refund instead of full refund when taking into separate charge for shipping back.

"I ordered something from this site since the prices are amazing. Elsewhere the duty shoes I got for my mom for Mother's Day and her birthday were $75 or so dollars so obviously I went with allheart.com since theirs were $43 something. Long story short my mother did not get her present after both and I waited nearly 2 months for it. After about 2 phone calls confirming where it was, mind you the customer service personnel told me to call my local post office to track it, I said do you know how many post offices are in my area? Still cannot be located. Anyways, third phone call was for a refund in where you can either fax or mail an affidavit...did that right away, it's been about 3 weeks now still nothing. I'm beginning to think they take people's money for business instead of selling products. Do not order from this site. Looking back I would have paid more for my mom to be happy and less headache for me."
"Allheart.com has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They shipped my stethoscope, after being back ordered for 4'weeks and had the engraved name misspelled!!!! I returned it 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a replacement. Responses to emails are sporadic and they have very little to say. STAY AWAY FROM ALLHEART"
"When I got into Nursing School, I went right to all heart to order all my needed supplies...assuming 2 weeks for sufficient time for it to be here in. I then placed my order where it then all heart.com told me one of my scrub tops was backordered, but the rest of my purchased items would be sent out soon. I placed this order on 5/8/16 and todays date is 5/31/16. I have received the ONE item that was backordered to begin with. I still am waiting on the rest of my items to SHIP, they haven't even left the warehouse!!! I've called customer service 3 times, explaining that I'm in school and I kinda need to know when to expect this stuff by and each time they quickly hang up prompting me that it'll be shipped out in a few days. I have always purchased from allheart, and I have always recommend it. From here on out I'll be turning to a different company. I understand this company was in the process of a move, but come on! This is no way to run a business when you specifically tell me my items will be here in 5-7 days. "
"I ordered three very expensive stethoscopes for my office and one was defective. I called to have it returned and was told to use the return label in the shipping box, but there was not one. They told me at customer service that they would mail me one. Well, after several emails and phone calls, I still do not have a shipping label and it has been 3 months. They now refer me to the website to print a shipping label! Ridiculously horrible customer service and I will NEVER place another order with this company! "
"I ordered a Littmann classic II SE from AllHeart.com. Through out the process, i tried to cancel my order when their website stated that my order was still being processed and before it was sent to Customization. I received an email stating that my order was cancelled, and less than 24 hours later I received another email stating that my order had shipped. To add to the frustration, the company mixed up my billing/shipping addresses and sent the stethoscope (a present for my mother) to her home address!! I called AllHeart frantically trying to change the address, and was assured by the customer rep that I would be able to call FedEx and have them reroute the package. I called FedEx and was told that nothing could be done. After dealing with AllHeart for about an hour and a half on the phone trying to find a solution I decided that I've had enough and just wanted to return this product. They refused to take my return. In an attempt to regain sone of my money lost on this i attempted to use their 110% price match which they apparently don't honor amazon's prices. Buyer beware of this website. it is completely theft. Amazon sells the same stethoscope for 50 dollars less and free shipping. Avoid the headache at all costs."
"First of all they totally screwed up my order web site sucks and was told if u spend 125 than you get a 20% discount that was a lie! The scrub bottoms fit in middle of stomach and right above crack of butt. Never seen anything like it !Long story short sizes are off 3 to 4 sz.s . Any other company I have no proublem with my sz being correct and shipping is outragious! For the lack of care they put into!"
"By far, one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from. 2 separate scrubs orders have come out to almost $300, and after sending them back because the items did not fit, I was given almost $100 less than what I had paid for them. "Listen very carefully..Do not order from this company for any reason..unless you want grief..because that's all you will exactly get ...My story: Been in clinical 30 years ..I ordered several scrub sets AT OVER 100 dollars worth..this is no small deal..so I am very much accurate on what I ordered due to the fact I want it right ...so ANYWAY . here comes my order...all the scrub pants were TWO INCHES TO LONG.. much to my dismay ..I wasn't happy but not upset . so I call All heart ,, who promptly try to tell me that---- I made the mistake ---- WRONG ANSWER!!!!!!!!!! . I walked them right to the page that states the indicated inseam size . I hear crickets!!! I was absolutely correct !!!! ..ok I ask what can we do to correct? the reply was ship them back.they were not hemmed oh no . Not on my dime ..first it wasn't my fault as they tried and failed to claim it was my fault--- then you want me to pay to have them shipped to be hemmed .??!! no , no and no, I demanded::: you ship replacements and I will return free of charge the improper sized items .. think we are good to go? NO!!!.guess what?. the replacement pants were not hemmed and two inches to long exactly as the first incorrect items were.!!!!!!!..lets just say gloves off..when I called and told them they messed up TWICE!!! . all they offered was 10% off next order..bottom line THREE WEEKS IN PAID OVER 100 DOLLARS AND STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER ITEMS SHIPPED ..it will take a month to get this right???? "Don't bother with Allheart- after shopping with them for several years and occasionally experiencing similar frustrations as other customers (long wait times for items), I tried to get them to honor their price match guarantee- and no big surprise, they don't.
Their website doesn't stipulate that they will only compete with certain online retailers, which was what the customer service told me. I have a feeling they'd never pay out their "price guarantee," no matter where one found a lesser price.
I'm done with them. Support your local retailers!"
"Very confusing unorganized online uniform store. order couple of solid tops & 2 white pants. 8/21/2014. According to their website the pants is available in their other warehouse slight delay that is fine. Tops Backorder will be available on 8/23/2014 for shipping, That is fine. I check on the 29th because I am getting any status of my order. Talk to someone she said they are not shipping anything because the tops are still not available. " If you'd like I can ask them to ship the pants now." I agree. I said how about if I just pick another tops and cancel the other one since you dont know when it will be available. She said thats is ok. So I told her the item I want as replacement according to their website in stock in the other warehouse. That is ok since the white pants is coming from there tell them to ship it together. She said give us couple of days for these shipment. I said Ok. The pants was shipped that day 29th. Finally got it yesterday 9/3 without the tops. Then I got email at 9:22 pm saying that its out of stock and if i would consider picking another item instead the 2nd time. Call them today 9/4 about the tops cause it takes them so many day to figure out that it is out of stock while the lady told me it is available in the other warehouse. Speak to someone today about the email and told me that the item will be shipped today and it is available. So I am hoping for luck. Their shipping is high when i comment about it someone sent me an email saying they have a program FREE shipping and returns for a year. Guess what? You have to buy it for $69.00 . Did they understand the word FREE? It means FREE you dont have to pay or buy stupid program. Like Zappos shipping and returns are Free overnight. NO CHARGE!!! The workers, the website, the availability of stock doesnt match or coordinates. Very poor management.

I ordered one scrub top-it took two days to process, and I just found out it won't be here for another week. The top cost 11.99 the shipping was 6.99. These people only have East Coast warehouses. What a waste of money and time."
"OMG worst online retail experience I have ever had. It took a month of me waiting for my order, finding out the scrubs I wanted are out of stock for another 3 months and they just cancelled the order. I will be telling everyone to avoid these guys at all costs. There are plenty of places to go for scrubs - I wasted weeks waiting for my order, and I start work next week - will be shopping elsewhere and telling everyone to do the same."
