"I would not recommend this store to anyone. Poor customer support. No response to e-mail. No status updates on orders. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for my order, and still no sight of it. I don't know if I will ever get my order, since they don't respond to your e-mail, no business phone number to call either. PLEASE. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Do not buy from this store."
"After ordering some nursing apparel on 3/7/2006, I recieved a confirmation email stating that all the merchandise I had ordered was in stock and that my order had been processed and forwarded to the warehouse for shipping, and I would receive a tracking number. After a week and no tracking number, I sent customer service an email and received no response. I sent several more emails to no response. I tried to find a phone number on their site to talk to a human but, while they have several ways for you to send them money, including a fax number, their is no voice number listed. I still haven't received my merchandise nor any response from this company."

I purchased a stethascope for my wife as a graduation present. At the time of my purchase I allowed 2 weeks for delivery AND I ordered expedited shipping. I placed the order and recieved a confirmation email. I was out of town the next week and could not get to my email. When I arrived back and checked my email allheart had sent me an email 5 days after the original confirmation email, that is almost 7 days after the original order. They claimed that they did not have my billing address, which was listed as "billing address" on the confirmation email that they sent me. Anyway, at this time it was too late to recieve the stethascope for my wife's graduation so I tried to call them. All I got was voicemail. When I did get a call back 2 days later, I explained that I was very unhappy with their company and I wanted an explaination. I got a the usual line and then the lady asked me if I still wanted the stethoscope. I said yes, because I thought it couldn't get any worse. I told her that I really didn't need expedited shipping anymore because my wife had graduated already. She said that she would take it off. Well I received the scope finally 3 weeks after I ordered it and I thought I would go online and see what I was charged for. Sure enough I was charged for the shipping that I was promised was removed. I wrote them an email saying that they had a 3 business days to remove the charges and 5 days later, here I am with no reply. What a nightmare."
