"I ordered 3 pair of nursemate shoes and received them on 4/15/2009. One pair had a defective shoe so I returned them and they were received by allheart on 5/13/2009. Here it is June 29,2009 and I haven't seen the $40.00 refund yet and doubt I ever will. I have emailed and called to no avail. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is pitiful. I will not order anthing else from them. Allheart has No Heart as far as I'm concerned. UPDATE 6/30/2009. I have just discovered during a heated conversation with an allheart customer service representative that my credit card account has been credited with my refund, although I was told I would receive a refund check in the mail. Boy, dealing with these people is a three ring circus. I told the lady I spoke with that I did appreciate the refund, even though it was not done the way I was told it would be handled. I also told her that I would not have this problem again because I was through with their sorry company."
"DO NOT order from this company. Does not email you regarding back orders or when items are shipped. Ordered over $1000 worth of scrubs and packages came all separated and spanned over a month to receive entire order. Ordered 2 day shipping too!"
"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have no customer service. I odered 3 pairs of scrubs and nurse set, on 4/24 I paid 2 days shipping, and I still dont have it. It is may 14th! I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! IF you want to talk with them call this number that I found from there business accounting office.***-***-**** Someone will answer but probably wont know what is going on as usual! "
"Everything started fine - the ordering process worked well and I quickly received a confirmation email. After that, there were *perceived* problems due to the website's order status information being wrong, and slow customer service didn't help. Specific examples:
- Two days after ordering, I checked the order status. It said it had shipped, but another section said it was still being personalized. Both couldn't be true.
- Two weeks later, it still said it had shipped 2 weeks previous, but no longer had the message about it being personalized. It said it shipped via Fed Ex, but it had no tracking number. I wrote customer service because there wasn't a phone number.
- Next day, no customer service response. I went to the order status page and my order no longer came up. (!!!) (No typos, I used the autoform values.) So I wrote again, and called the number I found on my credit card statement, but couldn't get anyone on the line. The package arrived that day, but not through Fed Ex like the order status page had said, but through USPS. Seems like I should have paid less for USPS than for Fed Ex.
I did get an email response to my customer service request two days later. So everything turned out fine, although a little slow, but the website wasn't accurate and made it look like things weren't going right."
"DO NOT BUY FROM ALLHEART!!! I agree with every bad review written below. I ordered 3 pairs of scrubs on March 22nd, paid $20 extra for 2 day shipping...It is now April 3rd, and I still have not received any of my order. I called customer service earlier today and the lady on the phone (Claire) was so incredibly rude to me. I was very nice and asked her to refund my $20 for 2 day shipping (because it has been about 2 weeks now) and kept making up stories saying it was my fault and she wouldn't refund my money!! She was yelling at me on the phone and kept cutting me off, not letting me speak. Horrible customer service...charges for fast shipping is a total scam!! BUYER BEWARE!!"
"Check your Credit card bill! Not trustworthy! Placed an order for 6 items, including a Littman stethoscope, on Xmas day. Applied a coupon online which was accepted and paid the invoiced amount. Got phone call 2 days later that the order was on hold until I call them back because the coupon did not apply to Littman products. When I called back, they said the order was already shipped and the full amount without discount was charged. I asked why they shipped the order before I called back (as per phone instructions) and why they charged my credit card greater than the invoiced amount even though I did not authorize it. They did not give an explanation and insisted it was my fault I used their coupon, regardless if their checkout invoice applied it. After about 10 minutes reasoning with the customer rep, she finally acknowledged they should not have shipped it and charged my account without first confirming with me. However she refused to refund the overcharge or give me a store credit. Preposterous...how's that ethical?
Furthermore, I later realized that a tiny item I ordered, a Littman stethoscope rim, was missing from the order. It's been 2 months since I emailed them and still no reply and they no longer allow you to call them directly. It appears they got rid of their call center.

"I simply cannot recommend this company. That's all there is to it. To be fair, the first item I ordered came through very smoothly and in a timely fashion...lucky for me because it was for my sister-in-law for Christmas. However, my second experience with this company was more than unpleasant.
I had ordered a stethoscope for my wife for Valentine's Day. Granted, I was a little late in getting the order in, so when they first told me that the order was backed up, I was pretty understanding. I waited another couple of weeks to see where the status of my order was and all the response I got in an email back was the attitude that this company could really not care less about whether or not I got my order fulfilled. As far as they were concerned they held no responsibility on the matter and it was the manufacturer's fault they didn't have anything is stock. Unfortunately for them, this customer did not see it that way. You see when a company says they have a product available for purchase, that means that company is responsible for getting that customer the product they have promised, not the manufacturer. If a company's manufacturer isn't producing the amount of product they need, the answer is simple: find a new manufacturer. If the company chooses not to do this, it is that company's fault for not having the ability to successfully complete their orders. AllHeart clearly does not agree with this.
So, I've waited all this time and I'm asking the status of my order. Not only does no one seem to know anything about when the order will be fulfilled, but I also don't get a reply in a timely fashion. So I've waited nearly a month trying to get information on the status of my order and never get any answers but attitude so I write a scathing email to the company about how terrible their business is and that they've wasted my time and I'm simply going to take my business elsewhere and NEVER recommend their company to anyone ever. I request that they cancel my order, but I simply don't expect it will be done. I went ahead and ordered a different stethoscope from a different company and guess what? Within a week I had the stethoscope in hand.
While it would seem bad enough, the story continues. Much to my unexpected surprise, I discover that they did indeed seem to have cancelled my order. However, while they were kind enough to grant my request, they seemed to have forgotten that I didn't want to be charged for what my order was for. So now I have no product and they've taken my money as well, and I have absolutely no guarantee of getting it back. The long and short of it is...DON'T use AllHeart!!!!! Not only is the company not professional, but they will also steal your money when you cancel your order.

"I am so upset with AllHeart! I ordered a gift certificate for a family member on 12/7/08 as a Christmas gift. I was to have received a copy of the certificate in an email AND by snail mail. I never received the email or letter though I did get confirmation of the order AND the deduction from my bank account. I called on 12/20/08 to say I had never received anything, nor did the recipient, and they promised to email it the following business day. It's now 12/29/08, and I had no gift on Christmas for my daughter, nor have I got the problem resolved yet. I highly suggest NEVER USING ALLHEART to make your scrubs purchase. They have lost 3 customers as a result of this problem."
"Just GODDAWFUL customer service!!!!dO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. i HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. Ordered a leather doctor's bag for a gift. Website said 20 days max. I needed the gift in 6 weeks. Never came, no one with this terrible company had any idea where it was and they kept blaming their vendor for the mistake and not taking any responsibility. Their lady, Holly, in charge of vendors should be absolutely fired. She never returned my phone calls when all I wanted to know was when and where my item was and yes they billed me as soon as I made the order. When I tried to cxl the order they said they would have to locate the item and that they couldn't cxl until this was located. As I said, customer service is a joke and no one ever returned my phone call. The only helpful person there was a supervisor named Courtney. Once again Holly should be evaluated thouroughly as she flat out ignored my messages for her."
"I have had the Worst online buying experience ever with Allheart.com. I had a coupon good for $10 off, & decided to go through Allheart.com since it was a little less expensive with the coupon. Went online & ordered a Littman 3 Stethoscope & checked out. No word from them & then I got an e-mail 3-days later stating I could not use the coupon any longer & that the new amount was more. Not sure why the online checkout allowed me to use the coupon if it was invalid in the first place. I simply replied to the e-mail to cancel the order & placed another order through another online retailer. I figured this was ok since they are not supposed to bill you credit card till the item ships. Well, they went off & charged the new, unauthorized, amount to my debit card. I called & they said they would refund my money, it should be in my bank with in 72 hours, still no refund after a week & my bank has no record of the amount wanting to be placed back in my account. This is great since it caused additional fees for being overdrawn. Thanks a lot Allheart.. Buyer beware"

"On Sept. 17, 2007, I ordered scrubs for work. I never received them. I called customer service several times and they stated they were working with the shipper to find the order. A week ago I received an email stating that I had retured my order and allheart was refunding my order. I did receive a refund minus shipping. I did not return my order.........I never received the order and played phone tag with Allheart for one-month."
"This has been a very interesting experience shopping with them. Originally I had ordered 5 sets of scrubs from them. It took over 2 weeks to arrive. When they did arrive, I tried on the sets and discovered the pants were too big. I emailed and confirmed that I had returned them but that I needed a different size than what was indicated on the return slip. One representative confirmed they made the change on the order. ANOTHER 2 weeks out my order arrives with the wrong size pants. I returned my full order this time telling them just to send me 2 other sets and gave the specifics on the sizes. I just received an email today which is another 2 weeks after they received my return, telling me they are just sending me a refund. Basically it's been almost 2 months later and I still have no scrubs from them.
They have very poor customer service skills. I had stressed both by email and on the return slip that if they had any questions regarding my return instructions to please call or confirm by email. I received no communication from them regarding my exchange."
