"Grossly terrible...I'm so disgusted that I won't even waste anymore time talking about my experience, I shared on facebook. All of these responses are very close to my experience! They truly sucks!!"
"I will NEVER order from allheart again! I am 6 mo. pregnant and waiting on maternity scrubs. They first lost my order. I reordered which was a HUGE mistake!!! They are telling me that my order from Jan. 27th will not be in to their warehouse until April 16th and then I will have to wait for them to ship my scrubs to me. I have my baby in May!!! They will not allow me to cancel my order. I stronly suggest to NOT do business with this company!!! I am so upset as I am sure everyone can see."
"I won't be back!!! and you shouldn't either. NO customer service, blatant product misrepresentation! Read all reviews and believe every one of them. I wish I had!!!"
"I ordered scrub tops from the website. When the order came I noticed the sides were taper inward. (Most tops are cut straight). I requested a return and they REFUSED to cover the return shipping. I had the same issue with another company and they were more than happy to pay for return shipping. I am cured from AllHeart. They have NO heart"
"wish i had read these reviews also. i seen they had awesome prices for scrubs.. so i placed an order. my cc was denied but that was my fault. so i called in and gave another and they said that it would ship out in 2 days. well a week later today and after numerous phone calls and emails my order did not go thru because of the credit card. they are so confusing and they dont know their butt from a hole in the ground when it comes to knowing what they are doing for a living.. they are probably working out of their mommas basement taking peoples money. i will NEVER EVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!"
"This company is useless! Fortunately I got off easier than some, but not without issues.
I placed an order on July 22 for a new job beginning August 1. Nothing that I ordered advised me that it was a back ordered product. I received an e-mail 4 days after my original order on 07/27 saying that only 2 of my tops had shipped and the other 6 items (pants and tops) were back ordered, but should be available July 28. My two tops were shipped via FedEx Smartpost (also useless) and arrived at my home on August 4th, almost two weeks after my initial order. I checked the order status and tracking everyday and as promised my other items were available July 28. On August 1 I received an e-mail advising me that my billing information couldn't be verified.... however I had already been charged for, and received, two tops from the very same order!!! I e-mailed my correct billing information to them and told them I had already gotten items from that order so it was odd they suddenly couldn't verify my info. On August 3 I received another e-mail regarding the same issue with my billing information. At that time I simply requested a refund via e-mail and told them that they had already received a confirmation of my information along with having sent and charged me for items from the same order. Luckily, they were true to their word the first time around and didn't charge me for anything except the two tops that were shipped, and they cancelled and released the hold on my money for the remainder of the order by August 5. I simply took my money and went to a local store which is what I should have done in the first place! I will NEVER order from them again. I wish I had read the reviews, and talked to some nursing friends first because I'm not the only person I know who had an issue with this company. "

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE – SUPPORT A REPUTABLE COMPANY INSTEAD.
I placed an order for compression socks from Allheart and selected the size based on the sizing options they listed, Med (9-11) or Large (10-13). I ordered the Medium. When the socks arrived, I looked at the package, which said Medium is (5-8 ) and Large is (8.5 -11).
The sizing information on their website was incorrect. I even doubled checked the website to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I then contacted customer service about getting a refund or exchange. They refused, saying I should have referred to the sizing chart (some socks do have a sizing chart, this brand/style did not).
When I checked the webpage for the item a third time, lo and behold, the Medium/Large sizing option was gone and had been replaced with a sizing chart AFTER I e-mailed them requesting a refund. It hadn’t been there a few days before when I double checked the sizing options before contacting them.
They actually changed the webpage rather than give me a refund or exchange. Unbelievable! Needless to say, this company is definitely shady I will not be ordering from them again. Thank goodness I hadn’t ordered anything expensive!

"I never had a problem with AllHeart before. They had beautiful scrubs and decent prices. I bought numerous items before, but it only takes one HORRENDOUS encounter to make it so you NEVER go there again. I needed a Littman stethoscope- a special one for work and needed it by a Saturday (ordering on the Sunday before). I figured that would be enough time. Something went wrong with my processing and they told me that THURSDAY. I freaked so I called and the customer service lady assured me that since it was before 2PM, I could order another, cancel the first one, and receive it the next day. Someone even later called to confirm everything so I could get it today. I never got a confirmation email so I used the number and checked online today (the day I'm supposed to get it) and it said it was still processing. I called to confirm and she said- "yes, it does say rush shipping and you ordered before 2 but you still have to allow 24 hours for processing", why didn't the two salespeople and the managers tell me that? Now, I paid so much extra to get it by the time promised now I have to refuse the package or I'll have to pay return shipping. Never buying again."
"All heart sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!! there customer service is terrible and unprofessional its like talking to a wall. Use medisave.net they even have better prices and free engraving"
"I wish I had read reviews before I placed an order. I ordered 5 items, tried them on and returned 3 of them. They refused my return and said they were worn. I seriously tried them on in my bedroom and returned them the next day after receiving the back-order which took weeks to get. They have a terrible unprofessional customer service dept. I am contacting consumer affairs and also my credit card company to deal with them. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am an internet shopper and have never had an experience like this-unprofessional."
"Stay away from this company...Rigid return policies....Got the wrong size and you ordered the "discounted" monogram, don't even bother discussing with them on the phone they'll will not lift a finger to make things right. Our Hospital will not buy from them any more. "
"I bought a pair of shoes from allheart.com that didn't fit me correctly and were painful to wear for even a few minutes, so I sent them back (and paid for the return shipping.) They returned the shoes to me without giving a reason, so I had to call the customer service number. They told me that they were returned because the shoes were worn and the soles were dirty. I wore the shoes for a couple minutes around my house and had to take them off because they hurt - they're in perfect condition. The soles are exactly the way they came: a dingy orange color and white...if I wore these shoes anywhere that white would be filthy! It's not my fault the manufacturer chose to make the soles a dingy orange. They said since the returns department already reviewed them they could not take them back, but they'd give me a 20% discount. I paid $60.00 + shipping and they only gave me $12 back for shoes that I can't wear. I'll never buy anything from them again."
"Dear Allheart,
I am writing this letter to let you know how very displeased I am with your company. I just spoke with your customer service representitive regarding my order. I was informed that I could not return the uniform tops that I ordered, nor would your company do anything to try and send me corrected uniforms. She stated that I specified that the embroidery be placed on the right side. I DID NOT! After reviewing my "click history", she admitted that I HAD indeed initially clicked "LEFT side embroidery" script for all of the uniforms. However, she states that when asked what I wanted the script to say, (which was my name) that I typed it under the "right side embroidery box". All I know is that I DID indeed choose LEFT side embroidery for the uniforms. The next box to choose was a box asking what I wanted the embroidery to say. And I typed in what I wanted the information to say. If there was a conflict showing that the person wants "left side" embroidery but the name they want entered shows up under the "right side" embroidery text column, then someone should have contacted me to clear up the question of where the embroidery should actually be placed. No one ever did. And she did say herself that my click history shows that I specified "LEFT SIDE EMBROIDERY" although the name was typed under right side text box. (Which I did not select I might add, thus it must automatically come up first as the default.)
And even if I had wanted right side text, I would be sending these back to you because the text on the right side is NOT visible. The lettering is SO far over to the right that it runs into the armpit of the shirt. At the very least, if you are not willing to correct the issue of changing the text over to the left side as I originally specified, you should AT LEAST be willing to move it over more towards the left of the shirt so that it is not hidden in the armpit! You say that 100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed but you have not offered to do anything to help correct these issues. I am very upset because I have been ordering from you all for YEARS, have spent A LOT of money with your company and have encouraged my fellow co-workers and employees that I have supervised to do the same! I guarantee you that all of that is about to come to an end. My company is in the process of switching over to color specific uniforms for each department. Over three hundred employees here are searching for a good place to buy decent, quality uniforms at a low price. Just recently the nurses had asked our therapy department where we would be ordering our uniforms from. I had mentioned that I had placed a test order with your company and would show her the products when they arrived. Sadly, my story now will not be one singing your praises but I will be informing them of the error that has been made and how your company refuses to offer any assistance in correcting errors (even with customers who have placed countless orders with you over the years on behalf of herself and her employees.) Due to your inability to try and make sure your customer is 100% satisfied, this will definitely be the last order that I place with you. Also, as an additional show of my dissatisfaction, I will be returning every item that I bought that is not embroidered. Maybe one day you will learn that customer satisfaction DOES matter!
Sincerely,
An EX-customer

"AllHeart has the worst customer service in the world. Their website, on checkout, specifically says that orders shipped to a commercial address would be shipped Fedex Commercial Ground, as part of the basic Ground shipping option. So I selected that option, gave my business address that has almost daily commercial ground Fedex deliveries, and waited. It turns out they shipped it Fedex SmartPost, which they claim delivers within 8 business days (10 now and counting). This was a package for Christmas, and even for their residential SmartPost service I ordered 5 days before their claimed cutoff date. HOWEVER, their website, on checkout, specifically says the order should have gone commercial Fedex ground to my place of business. It did not. When I ask them why, they say that basic ground service is always SmartPost. I point out that that is not what their website says. I gave been back and forth in email with their "Customer Service" multiple times, they still have not answered my questions and still insist it shipped according to their website. I have also spoken to them on the phone twice and they insist, with a straight face, that they shipped it according to the terms on their website. When I cut and paste and then later did a screen shot to show that they did not, they insist that what they did is what it says. It is not. AllHeart is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in terms of ordering online. And I run an ecommerce based business and do lots of ordering online for myself and for my businesses. If I ran my shop like they run theirs, I would go out of business.
For the record, here is what it said on the AllHeart.com website upon checkout with regards to shipping (when I checked out and for 2 weeks thereafter -- don't know if they have since changed it):
"Ground Delivery
* Residential Ground Delivery is provided by FedEx Ground, which utilizes the US Postal Service for delivery to your postal address
* Please provide your official postal mailing address as your
shipping address for Residential Ground Delivery.
* Commercial Ground Delivery is provided by FedEx Ground to your business address
* Please provide your Company Name in the Company Name field
Premium Ground Delivery
* Premium Ground Delivery Will be delivered within 6 business
days from date of order.
* Fed Ex Premium Ground Service is only available in the 48 contiguous United States. Not available in AK and HI
2nd Day Delivery
* 2nd Day delivery is provided by FedEx
* FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide
your street address as your shipping address for 2nd Day Delivery."
Notice how, under regular ground delivery, it differentiates between Residential and Commercial and how the residential is shipped through a combined Fedex/USPS service (which is called fedex SmartPost) and how commercial addresses are "provided by Fedex Ground to [my] business address."
AllHeart customer service claims that those two differentiated listings on their website really mean the same thing.
They also listed a cutoff date of 12/15/2009 4pm CT for placement of orders for Christmas delivery using the SmartPost type of delivery. I ordered on 12/10, 5 days before that and I am still waiting as of 12/28.
Again, stay away from AllHeart.com . AllHeart is the worst customer oriented business I have ever done business with and I have done business with a lot of people online. They basically call me a liar and refuse to admit their mistake even when confronted with overwhelming evidence taken directly from their website."
