"first; they sold me a unit for my attic wich is not designed for my application. I had do design my own baffle to connect ducts and my own air return system. Very difficult
Second; their tech support said I should install a secondary drain and drain pan in line with local code(which I learned) . I discovered later that the system already has a secondary drain system.
Lastly thy sold me the wrong refrigerant lines which I learned after I had run them through the house.
