"Can I begin by saying UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have never dealt with a company that takes my order and emails me a confirmation and then cancels my order with no notification that they did that. I paid for expedited shipping and my workers where waiting for the material and it never arrived. I called Alpine and spoke to a nasty female representative that told me she couldn’t tell me why the order was canceled and told me to shop somewhere else and then hung up the phone on me. Then I called back and everyone that answered seemed like they already got the message from that one representative because it seemed like everyone else was acting with the same attitude. I requested to know what happened to my order when I called back and I was told that a supervisor would call me back and explain. Till this day I don’t know why my order was canceled by Alpine. My order # was ZY498327. My job has been delayed by this poorly communicated transaction and it cost me a lot of money. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! BE AWARE "

"Everything was great from Alpine however there was a problem with my Goodman furnace. Many of the bolts had to be tightened before I could install the unit. I was surprised to see this since there were already so many comments about loose bolts in the reviews. I thought it would be handled by now."
