"I ordered the "Alpine AHRE9D10C4 " unit on 11/19/19. The unit was delivered to my residence on 11/22/19. Very pleased with the fast shipment. The unit was easy to install, as it fit perfectly over the downflow duct opening where the old unit was removed. After a quick electrical and thermostat connection, the unit was running and heating nicely. I bought this unit to replace a very old furnace in a mobile home manufactured sometime back in the 80's. We use this mobile home at our hunting camp, and did not want to spend more money on a furnace unit than the mobile home was worth. The Alpine unit fit the bill very nicely. Very pleased so far with everything."

"My Blue Ridge 36000 btu split unit arrived in perfect condition in only two days. It is heavy, but it was pretty easy to install. It came with coolant installed which eliminated the vacuuming and charging of the unit. The remote is in English only and so simple to use. I went through two LG units in six years (developed coolant leaks and both leaked water from day one.) This unit is whisper quiet and ice cold air and warm heat.
