"I ordered these Alpine units because they are built in the USA. They arrived very quickly after payment and I started the install. Well, I am a disabled veteran and soon found myself over my head with some of the lifting, climbing and bending necessary to install the units. So I found Supreme Heating and Cooling HVAC service here in my area on the Alpine site under professional installers and had them take over the installation. They had it done in about 8 hours for all my split systems and at a very affordable price. Everything turned out great and is working perfectly. I have no complaints, but want to warn folks with disabilities like mine to just plan for a professional installation. Things turned out great and are cosmetically better than I could have achieved as well. Customer service was outstanding at Alpine as well, very helpful, courteous and professional. Thanks Alpine and Supreme Heating and Cooling for such a great HVAC system."

"My 4 year old Mini Split service stopped working and produced Error Code P6? If I have questions about the system and how it works, I call the number to reach Alpine Service Techs, and as usual I receive friendly, helpful advice. With my call this week, I found out I actually needed a service tech to come and check out the unit. Would I be able to find someone in my area to service a mini split that they didn't install? Fortunately yes, my longtime HVAC company was willing to help me out. He talked to service guys from Alpine and they diagnosed the problem together, I needed a new High Pressure Switch. Was it covered in warranty? Yep, would they send it out today? Yep, no charge and would they provide tracking info? Yep. Now if we could only get them to cover the labor? Well, thats another story! So anyhow, in my communication with Alpine and my particular units, everyone I ever talk to when I call has been helpful and friendly. They speak English, clear English that I can understand. Always very professional, they keep records of my phone calls and diagnose any issues or questions I've ever had. I continue to highly recommend them to friends and family if they are in need of HVAC units and help. "
