"5 years ago I bought a Package unit from Alpine (delivered in 4 days). As I installed it myself everything was great until I got to my existing thermostat. I called Customer Support and the first thing I remember hearing was "no problem sir, I can help you get your system up and running in a hurry". This was great news as it was Dec 20 and very cold outside (19*). 30 minutes later the unit was running properly and the support team stayed on the line with me through the whole ordeal.
Last month I needed to replace the old T stat so I called Alpine. T stat was at the house in 4 days and again on the phone for a few minutes my system is up and running properly.
