"Everything has been good, but for costumers like me who don’t know much about installations my sugestion is that you should “recommend “ accessories that might go with the product, kind of like AMAZON does is good for you and good for the customer

"Alliance's website is well organized and contains lots of useful information. It was easy to find the furnace filter I needed. Shipping was fast. The filter arrived in good shape, was easy to install and is working great!"

Bad Experience

"After selling me a unit that was no appropriate to my needs, Alpine turned around and try to charge me $280 to ship it back. I never had the opportunity to purchase the $30 return flat fee. Alpine said because it was an online order, but truth is Randall assisted me thru the whole process and never mentioned that option. Deeply disappointed. I was prepared to tell me contractors about Alpine but because of this shipping issue that Alpine won't resolve with me, I am out close to $300 for a unit that never met my criteria. A total mess.

Thank you for your recent purchase from Alpine Home Air Products and for your review - we appreciate your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have had trouble returning your equipment order. Upon reviewing your order, I see you requested a cooling only unit but after experiencing some issues with your furnace you wished to make an exchange two days after your order had shipped. In this case, per our return policy shipping fees would be deducted from your refund. Our return policy agreed to at time of purchase, states that "Should you return your equipment purchase for personal reasons, shipping fees to and from your location will be deducted from your refund." Also, while Randall did offer you phone consultation initially, you completed the purchase yourself online where the option to add $30 flat rate return shipping is available to add to your order at time of checkout, even if you checkout online. It is available on the terms and conditions screen directly below the return policy and can be added to your cart directly from that screen. The terms and conditions are agreed to at time of checkout, including the return policy with the option to add flat rate return shipping. The order will not go through until the confirmation box is checked. If you have any further questions or require any additional assistance, please let us know. Our customer solutions team is available M-F 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-2pm CST at 800-865-5931 and we will be happy to assist any way we can.

Excellent customer service

"My mother’s furnace had went out and we were waiting for the new one to be delivered. The temperature was falling down to -30 degrees that night. I called them several times to track the delivery, the delivery guy even called me to let me know where he was and how much more longer it would be. I’m very grateful for the patience that was shown towards me and I truly appreciate all the help! Blessings to you all and keep up the good work!"

"Furnace was delivered promptly, all extra parts that were ordered came as specified, no damage to anything, plenty of documentation included for installation, phone call for help was answered spot on - these guys know their stuff. Excellent furnace warranty and video for transition sheet metal installation included. Not the absolute cheapest price for everything but with what Alpine includes for help, prompt delivery service, video's, warranty and everything else - it's well worth the little extra. "
