"Pros: Shipped Promptly, name brand at great price, service emailed me warranty, install and user guides for all products ordered before they arrived.
Cons: Received wrong warranty guide (correct model in address but actual .pdf was for other models), emailed duplicate warranty and install guides, received annoying daily email reminders that my quote had been saved while I was waiting before ordering to fill out paperwork with my county inspector. I feel like Alpine is a very big company that can't keep track of the details of individual orders. So far this is only an annoyance but it causes me to feel that this isn't a customer service oriented company. Kind of the Wal-mart of furnace suppliers.
Still haven't installed the unit so unable to comment on how well it works or certainly on long term quality."

The warranty registration process is the same for all Goodman equipment and can be completed on the Goodman website: www.goodmanmfg.com and click the product registration link located on the menu at the top of the web page. I am also sorry to hear that the reminder emails became an annoyance. The quotes will lock a price for 30 days and after that 30 day period your order can become subject to any price changes that occurred after the original quote was sent. "I purchased the aprilaire 500, it works perfectly in my 1245 sq. ft. home. took me aprox 6 hours to install. install kit came with everything I needed to install, except I needed an extra elbow for the ductwork because of the way my furnace coil was installed. other then that, no problems!

After reviewing your order I do not see a call on record with a sales consultant or history of a quote being sent to you. In the event that you spoke with a sales consultant, it is possible that the item was in stock at that time but due to another order being placed and approved in between the time you spoke to someone and when you placed the order it would mean the item would be on backorder. This is a rare occurrence but it can happen with items that we only carry a limited inventory on such as the Spacepak air handlers. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
