"Overall the customer support and communication of expected delivery time was great. All manuals and product literature was immediately emailed to me before the product arrived.
I was surprised only by the advertised free shipping. It was only free to the curb and only if I wanted to lift a 100lb item out myself. Otherwise it was $25 to lower it from the truck and $75 to place it in my house.
Other than that I have no complaints and was really pleased with the product and customer service.
