"Everything went well except in one area. Conversation with Nathan Jagitsch regarding the product went well. Conversation with the person who called to set up a good time for delivery went well. What didn't go well is in the 8:00 am - 8:00 pm 12 hr window, which is too large of a delivery window by the way because that is somebody's entire day and that is outrageous! With that said, as I was saying, in that 12 hr window I was told by the person who set up the delivery time that I would receive 1 hr notice before arrival and that did not happen. My delivery guy called me as he was already parked in front of my home so I didn't get any notice at all. It is very important that if the customer is told there will be a 1 hour notice that we actually get it because we may not be prepared for a call with no notice, we could still be sleep in bed, in the shower, not dressed, etc.. Also, we may not be home because we're expecting that 1 hour notice that will give us a chance to make it home in time for the delivery. Even though the delivery guy gave no notice as he should have, he did redeem himself by apologizing after I told him how important it is to give that 1 hour notice. I was actually in my pajamas when he called so I told him to wait while I threw on some clothes. Of course, if I would've rcvd my 1 hour notice I would've already been dressed. On a good note, delivery guy was very pleasant & patient as we opened each box & made sure all of the products were in good condition, meaning not cracked, chipped, broken or scratched. I am adding a room to my home which should be completed within 2 wks hopefully. Once the room is completed the mini split will be installed then I will be able to comment on how well it operates and I am hoping that it does operate well and there will be no problems. "

He was patient, explained everything thoroughly and genuinely wanted me to have a positive experience. Subsequent calls were recognized by phone number and I was greeted warmly by whoever picked up the call. My unit was just installed. It is beautiful and should function perfectly."
