I understand that you have been in contact with some of our customer service team members regarding the next steps for concealed damage - unfortunately since the unit was accepted and signed for as clear of damage you do need to work with the carrier to file a damage claim and come to a settlement. We can certainly work with you on replacement parts/panels as needed, however it is important for you to file the claim with the carrier right away if you have not done so already.
