"This is the second time we have used Alpine Air - the first being for a new furnace and this purchase was a central air unit. I was pleasantly surprised with a call from their customer service asking if we had any questions about our purchase or anything else we needed help with. They send emails with the warranty information, installation instructions, etc. as well as shipping notification. We ordered late Sunday afternoon and had it delivered on Thursday. We are very happy with their service and products."

"Purchasing was straight-forward and convenient. Courtesy call from sales department was thoughtful. Follow-up call from shipping department to inform of shipping date was helpful. Product was received damaged and not noticed as damaged until packaging was removed. Packaging showed no signs of damage. Customer service informed of the damage via email and they replied immediately offering to assist. Customer service gets 5 stars and material handling gets 1 star. Overall result is 3 stars. I would still recommend Alpine Home Air and will continue to make future purchases with them."

"Yes, I was a little nervous ordering, but after reading the reviews and doing my own research, I was sure I ordered the right product for our home. Fast shipment and customer service called just to touch base with me to see if all was well so far.
My husband installed and then we hired an HVAC guy to do the final hookups. He was impressed by the unit as well!!

"I had difficulty with correctly wiring the disconnect. I found no instruction for it. Once I got past that hurdle, everything fell in place. The unit is working perfectly on start up. "
"Like I said in the title Customer service and support online or by phone is second to none! Their website is great for choosing systems. They always have someone online during normal hours to answer your questions online or you can pick up the phone and call. The packaging is carefully put together to ensure no damage occurs. Everything always arrives on time and undamaged. I highly recommend company on knowledge and expertise. Their prices may be a bit higher than Ebay or other online places but they can supply everything you need for the install. You can also trust they will be in business to honor the returns or replacement parts under warrantee if needed. Worth paying a little extra! "

"The unit is awesome. We didn't have any issue setting it up. It was kind of a pain to track down the delivery time as when they switched to local delivery tracking wasn't updated. There was a delay of 2 days as a result. Otherwise I'd have given it 5 stars. "
