"The unit I purchased arrived in 3 business days and there was communication from Alpine throughout the process, including a call from technical support. My son in law and I installed the unit in 2.5 hours but I don't recommend it to anyone without HVAC experience. It's cooling great and it's the quietest unit I've ever seen."
