Amazing Company

"I cannot say enough good things about this Company and it's products. I bought my furnace in 2012 and it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time to be trucked to my house from the other side of the country. After installing it would not start. I called and Brian the technician knew exactly what to look at first due to the error code. I had made a mistake when pathing the drain tube. Literally, within 5 minutes of saying hello, my NEW furnace was running perfectly. Now 4 years later my furnace wouldn't fire. I called and spoke to brian again. Told him the code, he had me check a few tubes for clearance and had me try again after the troubleshooting. Once again, within 5 minutes of saying hello, my furnace is running perfectly again. When thanking him he reminded me that they give lifetime phone support and these new units are nearly totally repairable by someone with any mechanical ability and a screwdriver and the like.
I ask this, what other company can you call almost 5 years after you bought their product that will even talk to you? That in itself, is worth $1000 of dollars in saved service call fees. Think about that.

Quick delivery Surprising costs

"Brokerage fees are very high and currency is not identified. So the product listed at $44.99 (we found out it was US afterwards) including transport costed $134.77 CDN, three times as much....!"

Thank you for your review and feedback. I am sorry for any frustration caused by the exchange rate from USD to Canadian and the brokerage for shipping across the border. I have shared your feedback with our web team so that they may address adding the Canadian price to our product pages as well, we do ship regularly to Canadian customers so I am sure it would be appreciated by all! Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done regarding the brokerage, this is a standard fee with our carriers going to Canada - but I do appreciate your concern as it was an additional cost.

I appreciated the opportunity to speak with you today regarding the Honeywell Aube model thermostat that you ordered. I believe the issue may be that this particular model says Aube on the front rather than Honeywell, as one would expect. I am glad to hear that the thermostat is installed and working well, though if your thermostat says anything other than Aube on the front please let us know. We would be happy to send you a corrected model, it is important to us that you receive the product which you ordered!
