Great Product, 60% less expensive than box store, and FAST

"We bought a whole house humidifier to replaced a similar unit, not only was it less expensive than the Box Home Centers but it was at my door in two days, installation was easy (about an hour with cutting in the return and moving a supply even) and it was a great product."

Great Value on Humidfier Part

"I order from Alpine Home Air all the parts I need for my April Air whole-house humidifier. Alpine has the same parts at a fraction of the cost that April Air charges. And, the parts are perfect replacements. Fit and finish couldn't be better. "

"Overall a great experience so far! Order details by phone as I am not a furnace installer, but just a good DIY person for our rental properties and home. Great follow up by email and phone and email including technical documents for Goodman Furnace install. If the furnace works well, then it will be a great process!"

Great Furnace - Useless DVD, NO install parts

"THe product works and is great. However, I took a star off because there were absolutely no installation parts included - NO screws, ****, fittings, NOTHING. I have ordered many other products from competitors and they usually inundate you with parts needed for installation - but NOT Alpine. They gave you however two identical copies of the installation and operation manual. So if you do buy Alpine plan a trip or two to the nearest hardware store in advance.
They advertise that an installation DVD is included. However, the included install DVD had installation guides for ALL other Alpine products but NO furnaces.
