Furnace Fast

"My furnace blower motor died so it was either a new motor or new furnace. My old furnace was 23 years old so I bought a new one from Alpine over Laboratory day weekend. A guy from Alpine called on the following Tuesday and verified my furnace requirements with me and I had my new furnace to my house in less than a week. The furnace had free shipping and showed up undamaged. Thank you Alpine for an easy transaction. "

Didn't have to wait too long on phone to talk with an assoc. at alpine. Unit up and running and am pleased with the whole process. BTAND NEW A/C-HEATING PKG UNIT

"This applies to the new A/C unit order and this order referenced below. Service was excellent except the rep got a totally diffetent Email address on my order so, fodn't receive order confirmation; then misspelled my last name. Otherwise, everything was good. Incidentally, paying for rush shipping has problems when the local truck service only delivers to your town one day per week
Ot would be better to know this ahead of time instead of after ordering.

"I have only one issue. I paid an extra $25 for lift gate delivery, and the truck making the delivery had no lift gate, consequently I had to lift the items off the truck to the ground. I feel the $25 should be refunded."

Free Shipping Damage !

"I received my furnace on the day promised.
Alpine held up their end of the deal on that one!
Good job Alpine!
Unfortunately, it was dented ,scratched , and some
sheet metal bent/distorted.
Bummer , freight company...
The dents and scratches do not appear to be causing any
problem with the function of the furnace. However , the distorted
sheet metal on the enclosure caused the blower door to be
"sprung" out of shape and would not seal. Also the electrical interlock would not engage.
The installer was able to do some sheet metal bending
and straightening to where the door is now serviceable. The
furnace is in place but not connected or commissioned yet.
( it took some time to do the repairs)
I look forward to no more issues after commissioning.
