Thank you for your review and feedback. I understand that our customer solutions team reviewed photos which you had sent in of the damage and offered credit based upon the amount of damage. It was their understanding that this credit amount was amenable to you based upon the slight damage documented. Is the amount of damage more extensive than previously thought? If so, we are happy to review further photos of damage or offer assistance in a concealed damage claim with carrier as the damage was not noted at the time of delivery.
