"Like many others have said, this is an awesome heating unit at a great price. Alpine was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The instructions from Blueridge, however, are the worst I've ever seen. Several of the assembly diagrams contradict each other. Some are dead wrong. Tons of hardware with no descriptions of what it is supposed to be use for. Be ready to improvise. I had to call Alpine at one point and they were super helpful.
Can't go wrong with this unit, just be prepared for some frustration with the instructions if you're installing yourself."
