"We were very pleased with the customer service received from Alpine. The initial unit we purchased on-line listed the wrong dimensions on the website so we had to return this unit for a smaller unit and it was critical to receive the replacement unit quickly. Alpine responded with the replacement shipped overnight with no extra costs or anxiety on our end."

"Easy ordering process, representative called to make sure I had all I needed and confirm order. Order arrived to my home in 2 days, which was great since the temperature was in the 90.

Called customer service with warranty question after installation and received the answer I need it.

Will definetly will order my next system from them.

Outstanding experience!

"I would highly recommend Alpine Home Air Products. I needed a unit to cool and heat a 20' x 20' lounge area in my equine facility. Alpine's website walked me through the selection process and it provided the technical support I needed make a decision. I purchased a PTAC hotel type air conditioner/heat pump/electric strip. It was easy to install and the noise level was exactly as advertised. They shipped it in one day and arrived in perfect condition.
All this and their pricing was the best around.
I've not had the need to talk to them so I can't rate their customer service.

My Goodman AC compressor failed after 2 months - Alpine did the right thing....

" I spent $800. Compressor failed after 2 months- It took several calls and some escalating yet Alpine did take very good care of me after all was said and done.
Before you order an AC compressor from Alpine or any on line shop- be sure you understand how the manufacturers warranty works. It may or may not be a good fit for you. More than likely it will work out fine however if you get a faulty unit that causes one or two problems early in its life....it could get expensive quickly.

It's All to the Good, Man!

"After searching for a supplier for an 'exact' match to replace my 11 year old existing Goodman 2 ton package unit, Alpine's BBB rating, their quick solutions to any past problems and the quick and direct answers from their staff when finally contacted with questions about my selection gave them my order.

Local dealers claimed they 'paid more' than Alpine was selling it for - and then added a 35% 'profit', doubling the cost to me for just the unit! Transportation and installation, of course, was -=extra=-!

Only one slight problem happened. as I'm far out in what is often called the 'Boonies', delivery was late [somewhat expected, as a usual happenstance], but ... Alpine's over packing of the unit had it come through without any markings on the outer carton!

Alpine shines again

"This was my third furnace from Alpine. I own several rentals and are replacing the old low efficiency furnaces with new ones. The delivery goes off without a hitch (automated response telling me when delivery is near), good driver communication and excellent packing. I haven't installed this one yet but their DVD and technical support make it a snap. I highly recommend calling them with questions, they are helpful and don't give you the third degree about being stupid. Furnace replacement is not too difficult if you are handy. New lnstallations are a bit more involved."
