Call the phone numbers given - better identify your e-mails

"If the phone numbers you were given had been called your company would have had a sale. Neither of us were actually called.
Also your e-mail are hard to identify. They should start with your company name, not sales or some other thing. Your e-mails were had to find in an inbox with many other e-mails. It would have been easier if your company name was the first word. A simple sort would have located them. We were very disappointed in the way this was handled.

Didn’t know anything about HVAC and here am happy to endorse a great company very professional, customer oriented and responsive service

"My upper floor AC needed replacement, and having no knowledge of the HVAC systems, I talked a several companies for consultation and estimation, but only found disappointments, huge bills and predatory approach. I somehow stumbled upon Alpine Home Air Products, and since then delighted to be a very satisfied customer. My AC is working fantastic and I have much better understanding of my HVAC system.
I would like to highlight a following few points
1. Very friendly staff who helped me at every stage of the new HVAC installation, right from choosing the right system, all the additional accessories and safety equipment, and installation
2. Experts quickly understand your installation needs upfront and help with budgeting, delivery and execution
3. All the components of the units were shipped free of delivery charge, and then unloaded into the garage, and excellent replacement / return service
4. Combination of over-the phone expert advice and easy- to- understand CDs/booklets helped a lot with the basic installation, with remaining 10-15% to be done by a specialist
5. Lastly, but most importantly, from the time I engaged on this project with Alpine I never looked back or got concerned or baffled because I could always get back to the company, which was right behind me whenever I needed it at any point.

Thanks Alpine for being out there.

"ordered on June 24th, (Sat.), received a call on June 26th, stating order was received and was shipping that day, would be delivered in 3 days, which counting monday, would have beed delivered Wed. the 29th, not counting Monday, it would have been here on Thursday the 30th, in time to be installed over the long 4th of July . however, it was not delivered until July 5th,which now means I have to wait until July the 15th to get it put in, took 8 days from receiving the call that it was being shipped to receive it, there fore the 3 star rating, will update more info about the unit when it is installed."
