"I bought a brand new Coleman furnace; I was disappointed after opening it, to find out that the bottom door panel was damage during freight. I responded with a claim and sent pictures of the damage to Alpine. To find out that, not much care was taken in the disbursement of damage. I was given a credit of ($50) at least 3x less then the door assembly from the manufacture. This wouldn’t pay for the door assembly and shipping to my home. I ask for their price quote on the door assembly, that they said they had in stock. There was no response from management!

It was an internal error, our customer service manager unfortunately never received your email. After doing an inbox search, we did find the email which you sent requesting further action. We have contacted our manufacturer for pricing on the door panel, as it is unfortunately not currently in stock. Should you still need the part, we are happy to send it to you at no cost and can have your order processing today - as we need to source the part it would most likely arrive to you in two weeks.
