Dan in Customer Service was awesome

"Cant thank Alpine Air enough for all of their help when I ordered my new central air unit. Dan in customer service helped me get expedited shipping for the unit and answered all of my questions. It arrived on time. Temperatures in my house were at 84 degrees before I installed the unit. Everything Alpine says is correct you do about 90% of the work and then have a HVAC tech come in and charge the system. My friend put in a system one week prior to me....and paid $3600.00. I was all in at around $1455! That was the cost of the central air unit, the A coil, and paying the tech to charge the system. As I sit writing this review my house is a cozy 70 degrees!! Thanks again Alpine!!"

Got it mostly right

"My order had all the right parts but one piece was sent that was used and previously installed. They gave me a credit for it but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Their lack of 7 day per week customer service was problematic as we didn't find the issue until Sunday when we were doing the installation.

Delivery Damaged

"We received our delivery on Thursday 06/09/16. We called regarding the damages to the air conditioning, and have been looking for an email with instructions on how to send pictures of the damages. We called and was told that an email would be sent out to attached pictures of the damages. Still have not received that said email."
