"I didn't realize at time of order that you are just an order taker. After ordering was told that product ship date would be 2 weeks from then. Still waiting for shipment to occur. The few dollars saved not worth the wait. The bold lettering about free shipping was deceiving until read fine print. .... "

We try to always keep our inventory levels accurate and on par with customer needs, unfortunately our inventory was off for the item which you ordered.

"My son ordered my air conditioner from alpine on the instructions of the installer. The coil that was ordered was not certified to work with the air conditioner I ordered and I received a phone call suggesting a different coil. My installer completely agreed. This company has been awesome from day one. I would definitely recommend this company."

Half way to Air

"I ordered a heating and cooling unit. However, I didn't know that I needed to order a case,or something the unit sits inside. So I need that to get the unit installed. Just would have been nice if someone could have followed up & informed me that I didn't order everything required, for the install.

Otherwise, service was good, but delivery was delayed, or not within the time frame allotted.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you experienced the delay in installation due to needing further items. I can understand your frustration in needing to wait further to get the coil installed now. I see that one of our product consultants did email and call the number associated with your order that day to follow up - I am sorry that he was unable to reach you and confirm whether or not you needed a casing with your coil.

We do try to follow up with all customers which have placed orders via the website to ensure they have all their items needed for installation, unfortunately we have to ship out some without having heard back from customers if it is getting close to our warehouse cutoff for shipment.

My apologies again and thank you for your feedback, I will be sure to share it with our product consultants and address the possibility of holding certain orders a bit longer than standard if we really think they may need further components for set up.
