"I put in the order in the late afternoon and it was shipped the following day. While placing the order a chat window popped up on the site and the representative confirmed that the part needed (TXV valve) was in stock and should ship quickly. It is good to know that it is that easy to get in contact with a representative when needed. "

"The ordering process was great and simple, but my product was not delivered on the time I was told by the Holland delivery service,in which my tubing may have some damage, which I noted on the delivery ticket. I have not installed my product as of yet."

"Purchased new coil for AC. Coil delivered in two days! Only problem was that the coil was damaged from possible packaging from manufacturer. Alpine immediately sent a replacement and sent prepaid shipping labels to return damaged item. I will soon be purchasing three complete units. I know who I will be buying them from."

I see that we sent you a notice the item was back-ordered on Feb. 29th with an anticipated delivery date of April 1st to our warehouse, at which point your item will ship to you.
