I am sorry to hear that shipping was not as fast as hoped. Shipping from our warehouse in Louisville, KY it does take a bit longer to get out to the northwest and due to shipping items by freight truck we are unfortunately unable to offer expedited shipping. We do offer a guaranteed shipping method thru our freight companies which may be something to look into and small pack items ship very quickly with FedEx Ground from our warehouse, should you need anything in the future.

"I recently ordered a heater from Johnstone Supply in Lansing Mi. After I placed the order, I asked to get the unit in Propane Gas. Well, that's where it got ugly. The sales rep would have to make a call and get back with me as to what was needed because his book did not clarify the gas. I called the next day, "he did not receive an answer". I called every day for three days to get the same answer. I finally cancelled the order and looked on line to find Alpine. WOW! The salesman called me before I could finish the order to thank me. Although the heater was out of stock, I was given a date to receive the heater and it arrived early. Installing this bad boy tomorrow. Customer is excited. "

"The furnace matched the specifications advertised and arrived promptly. As warned in other reviews, the item was in fact dented upon arrival, but not in such a way as to represent a risk to functioning. Staff were helpful and clear regarding questions, and the furnace fired and worked properly immediately upon completing the installation. It has operated flawlessly for one Michigan winter, so thus far the item is completely satisfactory other than the big dent in the front service door. Would definitely consider this seller again based on price to value."

"Wasn't the cheapest but promised it would arrive by Thursday. We even had an extra day just in case.
Didn't ship same day even though I ordered in the morning. They said it would if ordered before 2PM so I had plenty of time.
Didn't arrive. I called to find out what happened and apparently when they forgot to include shipping details so It didnt even arrive on Friday.
Best I could get out of them was "sorry"
Because it didn't come in by Friday I will have to pay an installer as my tennant cant wait until next weekend to have AC.
I could have paid less if I was willing to not have a guaranteed delivery date.
At this moment in filling out a survey I still dont have it. It is Monday."
