"This pump - (DiversiTech IQP-120 Volt Condensation Pump with Variable Speed Pump) worked as advertised, QUIET. My last pump - a Little Giant, installed this year by our furnace replacement company worked fine. BUT, it had a squeal to it that drove our little Morky pup, (Timpi) nuts and he in turned voiced his displeasure by barking at it every time it went on.
When our new pump comes on, Timpi, just looks up at it and **** his head. Ahha, peace at last!!"

"I placed an order late one evening called the next day to confirm i got everything i needed which I did not. The guy I spoke to was nice and helped get the few things I missed. Said it should ship that day or the next and 7-10 days for transit which put it here 3 days before my electrician was scheduled to be out for wiring this in and doing some other work. It didnt ship for almost 4 days if i remember correctly and after it did ship it was transfered to Nevada then shipped out to me. I still havent got the product and my electrician is scheduled tomorrow. The shipping company is trying very hard to work with me to get it but I feel the ball was dropped in the warehouse. I worked in a parts warehouse and now have moved to the sales side of this I understand a day delay or maybe 2 but i understand my customers come to me to help them continue to build there business and their profits and i work extremely hard to make sure I dont hold them up. Its hard enough trying to scheduled any sort of blue collar job right now let alone getting a day off so i can be there for them to do their work i just feel a bit frustrated at the delay. I guess we will see how well the product lasts after its installed and we will see if its worth the stress of hoping it will be here or paying for another call out. Big shout out to the first guy i spoke to and the transit company for kicking **** at trying to help me."
"Our situation is unusual. We are building a house, but it's 4.5 hours away from where we live now. The builder needed the PTAC delivered to the construction site, and from the staff at the office to the driver of the 18-wheeler, I could not be more pleased. I was able to call the staff in the office 2-3 times, and the truck driver called me 30 minutes before delivery. Sadly enough, it was in the pouring down rain that day. Driver worked with the builder to have the PTAC actually dropped off at a Hardware/builder's supply store in the local town. How is that for satisfaction. This is our second order from this company, and we couldn't be more pleased. We haven't gotten to inspect the delivery yet but expect it to be just fine. Thank you!!!"

"I have not installed the unit yet so I can’t review the A/C system. The reason for my title is because although shipping is free, delivery is a different story. After my unit arrived at a Knoxville distribution center, I was contacted by the trucking company to inform me that they don’t deliver in my area. My only choice was to meet the driver in a town 1 hour away. Driver communication was great and we transferred the shipment to my pickup truck in a shopping center parking lot. So just be aware, if you live in a more rural area, you my have a problem getting the purchase to your driveway."

"Mini split product works great. Shipping on my first ordered unit was flawless. Second unit showed up with no lift gate to deliver it. That was the trucking company mistake so it had to be re-delivered 3 days later with the proper truck. I had paid for the lift gate delivery but the trucking company took full responsibility for screwing up the first delivery. The driver said it happens all the time. Perhaps the seller should switch delivery companies it uses. Again I reiterate that the product was installed and works perfectly. Customer service was also spot on. "
