"Poor Customer Service ordered item when website stated available on August 26th. Today November 10th it shows still on backorder while Amazon made me update my payment informations a few times because of the item being backordered. Gave me about 5 different dates so far and guess what it hasn't shipped on either one.
Customer Serivce is joke, I wished actually they could speak english on the phone or try to answer an email with selfwritten text instead of the automated crap.
Further they changed price guarantee policy since September 1st, whats up with that they don't refund you the difference anymore but they pay for return shipping so you can return it and order it for the new price LOL what a joke. Its seriously time to look for an alternative to Amazon.com. I thought buying Prime Membership was great Free 2 Day shipping but what good does it do if the processing time is so slow that i could have ordered the same item elsewhere with ground shipping and had it faster.
