"I just don't understand why it takes Amazon so long to ship out products if you have Prime they ship it out within 24 hours if you go with the free shipping they ship it out 5 to 7 Days Later this way it make you bye their Prime. I can go to Walmart or jet or any other company and they ship it out within 24 hours so I have called them multiple times about this but it seems like it doesn't help so I have decided not do business with Amazon no more until they change their policy maybe if everybody does this they'll change there policy or maybe it will make them go out of business and would just start shopping at Walmart and jet"
"I placed an order with almost 10 days ago and it still has not shipped. I cancelled it because it would not arrive by the 19th. Their prime is a ripoff. No one sits on an order for 10 days and should not have to pay 100 dollars extra just so you can process the order within a couple days instead of sitting on it for 10 days. "
"The guarantee deliver date has not been guaranteed in the last month, and it's not even holiday season yet! Really disappointed. Really rethinking Amazon "
"I ordered a product 7 months ago, I still have not received it or a refund, they won't resolve this issue until my other issue is resolved on a recent purchase. My recent purchase involved them sending me a wrong item as soon as they discovered they sent the wrong item I was disconnected with the online chat (with Josie) and then I was connected with another representative (Ansu) that told me she couldn't access my account because I gave her the wrong info, my first/last name and mailing address. They had no desire to refund my money for a product I never received and for sending my the wrong product. They will conveniently disconnect the online chat with you and have another person from customer service come on and tell you that you're giving the wrong personal information to access your account and they can't help you. Funny thing is the 1st representative (Josie) was able to access my account with only my first and last name but the 2nd representative told me I didn't give her my correct name. SHAME on YOU AMAZON! You've got your SCAM down to an ART FORM

"I purchased a 65 inch SUHD TV through Amazon.com. I purchased within their marketplace sector of their website. The TV was delivered damaged. Amazon has refused to help.
Here is the main problem.
Amazon marketplace is a wild west of vendors that apparently have no vetting process and some are not even companies. This was my experience. I purchased the TV from a vendor called Infinity Loop. Infinity loop initially talked to me and gave me a phone number when i reported the damaged TV. I called and the warehouse didn't even know who Infinity Loop was. I had to explain my purchase from Amazon and the operator directed me to a rep. That rep said they would have get the owner to call back. Well that never happened. They stopped communicating all together. I had to use Amazon messaging (dozens of attempts to get them to respond). I eventually contacted Amazon who gave me a warm and fuzzy about helping me. Well after several supervisors and several warm and fuzzies they eventually said they couldn't help and wouldn't continue to respond.
Here is the problem. I received the TV damaged. It's obvious by the pictures it's a forklift punch through the box and into the screen. I asked the driver about the hole in the box and he told me it happens all the time and put my hand through it and check. He assured me the TV's are always fine. I checked and only felt that soft velvety cover they put over the screens. Nothing at all made me think that the screen actually was touched. I was in the process of moving and didn't unpack the well packed TV just to repack it for my move. My mistake. I should have unpacked and checked it. HOWEVER it doesn't change the fact it was delivered DAMAGED. When i unpacked it i saw a small tear (about the size of a dime) in the outer cover. I took the cover off and found the deep gouge in the screen but no cracking or any other visible damage. I plugged it in and the screen was totally unusable. Since then it's been a very disappointing experience with Amazon. No matter what evidence I've sent in regarding the size/shape of the hole fitting a warehouse forklift fork....the link between Mizari and Infinity Loop....the shipping company acknowledging the damage likely happened while in their control (only Mizari can file a claim as the account holder).....my horrible experience trying to work with Amazon customer service......they disappeared and forced me to seek legal advice.
I've had to file a small claims case against Amazon to try to get my money back.
Infinity Loop doesn't exist. There is no business license for them anywhere. I did research the warehouse and phone number and found out they are actually called MIZARI Enterprises. Mizari denies any knowledge of Infinity Loop. Mizari and Infinity loop have the same address in Commerce CIty, CA and have the same phone number. The shipping receipt has Mizari's address on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles. Mizari shipped the TV. The shipping company confirmed this. It's amazing to me that AMAZON is defending MIZARI and their fraudulent marketplace vendor INIFINITY LOOP and not their customer.
Amazon marketplace is a huge gamble and risk should anything go wrong."
"You can find everything ....
You can find anything, and prices are often competitive, a vast market to choose the best.
I find myself very well and I recommend it!"
"I've goton it and it's not cheap at all"
"I've used Amazon for over ten years. At first I did not have their prime service where you receive free two day shipping but I've since have signed up. It's absolutely the best and always on time if not early. No other company is this fast. Returns and refunds are unprecedented !! If an item is out of stock you'll be informed before you check out and you'll avoid the long waits that you get from other stores that keep this infomation from you until you've paid and waited long passed their promised delivery date. Amazon will be the end of Wal-Mart. "
"Always great experience, best customer care and refund policy"
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY, DO NOT SOLVE ANYTHING, LIKE TALKING TO ROBOTS
ALSO AMAZON DELIBERATELY TAKES A LONG TIME TO FULFILL ORDERS THAT HAVE FREE SHIPPING IF YOU ARE NOT A PRIME MEMBER. ITS LIKE THEY CHANGED THEIR INTERNAL STRUCTURE TO PUNISH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO GET THE EXPENSIVE PRIME SERVICE BY SLOWING THE SHIPPING SPEEDS"
"I was a Amazon prime customer. I ordered a surface pro 4 laptop and keyboard worth £2300 for next day delivery and was waiting at home eagerly awaiting delivery. It never arrived and when I checked the status on Amazon website, I was shocked to see the status updated as delivered and parcel handed over to the residents at my address. Nobody rang my door bell or knocked. I was home just to receive the delivery.
Now I am entangled in an unnecessary dispute resolution involving american express and amazon. Amazon hasn't so far provided any proof of who signed for the parcel. Every time I call them I reach a new customer service rep who keeps saying they will get back to me within 48 hrs. And later send an email saying the parcel has been delivered to my address.
I have cancelled my prime membership since then and still awaiting a resolution for this and kicking myself as to why i didn't walk into the nearest John Lewis showroom and buy the item like I normally do.
BITTERNESS OF POOR QUALITY REMAINS LONG AFTER THE SWEETNESS OF LOW PRICE IS FORGOTTEN!
Now I am left with no laptop and out of pocket by £2300 pounds and a bitter and long winding dispute resolution process. Feel like an Idiot!

"My orders got lost in the mail. Not the first time, by the way where amazon's prime shipping guarantee has failed me... I contacted customer service and they act like they were doing me a favor by giving me a refund. I have had so many problems with amazon. I will be cancelling my prime membership."
"I purchased 20 AA batteries from Amazon.
Each one was labelled "Not For Retail Trade."
I informed Amazon twice by phone; evidently they did nothing about it.
When I submitted a one-star review, they blocked it,
despite the fact that the statements were entirely and absolutely true.
I have read of other entirely credible cases where Amazon blocked
negative reviews, making ALL of their published reviews suspect."
"God help you, if you pay them upfront and the order doesn't arrive. Your money is sunk, since they will refund you only after "You return the merchandise", which you can't since you have never seen the package, leave aside the thing.
And no, they are not at all responsible for it getting delivered, that is my first hand experience. In fact after quite a few one like this, I have taken them off my list. The customer feed-back section didn't bother about losing a customer, at least they didn't even come back with a "sorry".
After a few proper executions, the problem started when a $ hundred plus package didn't land up, though the tracking said "delivered". I mailed to the service department, who naturally insisted on delivered (naturally they don't believe the customers, their couriers are more reliable source of information). While following it up, I placed another order (unfortunately) and specifically mentioned, not to use this courier, rather go through USPS or any other means. Not surprisingly the tracking details came, with this same courier, who again "delivered" the undelivered item. The correspondence with Amazon had once again been same "I don't believe you", not in word, but attitude, and nothing was going through despite several mails.
By now it was about $400 already out of my pocket (prepaid), so I took the pains to first contact the local office of the courier and then directly wrote to the courier's Director (International Operation). Within hours, the national head of the courier company called and in another couple of days, both the packages reached me. It showed the responsiveness of them (I don't fault them for the error, of the delivery boy, but give them credit for correcting once told).
This was supposed to be the job of Amazon, not me, but then I knew I haven't received, they didn't believe it even when told. With that type of culture, I am surprised they are surviving.
BTW, there are a few other packages too "Delivered" but they are in terms of tens of $ each, so I have put those into my loss account."
"As im giving this one star to be notified my openion,if not i will give zero, where as amazon is a fraud site dont buy from it. it allows third party seller its not safe to customers by buying products on amazon. if amazon has a secured site then how the third party sellers frauding customers. we dont know the seller we assured amazon site buying and paying payments without secure. when i call CC of amazon they are tell amazon not responsible to ur orders by third party seller. i asked him if amazon not responsible then why they are allowing third parties, with out amazon permission the didnt have the right to enter int to the site of amazon. if amazon not responsible the amazon site has aloop hole any one can enter in to the site and fraud the customers. my openion is that amazon is involving in scams by these type of sellers. im very dissapointed by this fraud site. plz beware of it.... where as small site has better security and well respect to customer support its my opinion"
