"Ordered $1200.00 retractable tonneau cover a few days ago. Box was ripped on one end with heavy clear tape to hold the package together. Upon examination the drain tubes were missing for the canister and one side rail was slightly bent. I was able to straighten. Contacted American Truck. Friendly conversation but suggested I order the missing tubes from etrailer for $35.00 with shipping. I did think about it buying the tubes from etrailer but since I already spent $1200.00, I decided not to and called back. Transferred to Service, was disconnected and called back to have another representative to take pictures of parts I received which didn't make sense. Why would a customer need to prove what was missing from a shipment? I took a shot and called the manufacturer and in less than 10 minutes they identified what I needed and would ship out the tubes within 2 days. Problem solved! First time I purchased from American truck and was disappointed and frustrated trying to get my truck in shape."

"I purchased and open box special for the s c t x4. Received it extremely fast and very well packaged. My 04 F150 4.6 L 4x4 flareside is extremely clean and reliable truck. But It's slower than a turtle. Even with a few extra upgrades. The s c t x 4 definitely woke it up a little. Still messing around with the can 93 application. I wanted to supercharge the truck, but I find it almost impossible to get any reliable information on how to do it. Next step is a Jms pedal command. Thank you American Truck for giving us 4.6 liter people some hope.LOL"

"Well, not great. Wrong tint between the two tail light assemblies I ordered. Need them to make the truck road worthy so just going to deal with it. Went through another provider and got the wrong assemblies. Order from here thinking they were better, but different tint on them. Would recommend a better distributor with better quality control. Would have brought up the issue but need the truck to be road worthy for work and don’t have the time to wait another 2 or 3 weeks to get the issue sorted out. "
