"This was not the first time I have got help for this company. Until now everything was fine.
I entered the model number of my refrigerator, selected the issue it has and replacement of the water valve was suggested by your webpage. I also watched the installation video. After that, I ordered the piece. Once I got it and at the time of replace the old water valve, I realized the piece I got was not the right one. After that and during a chat with one of your rep I got the right part number of the piece which I ordered it immediately. Now I waiting for it.
Results: I had to pay twice for shipping of the wrong piece because the part number I got initially from your website was wrong. "
