"Even though I didn't actually talk to a person, I didn't need to either! I input to model number and within 10 sec., I had the part number and the price! I called around locally to a few places and the people that I did talk to were rather condescending toward me, one place even told me I didn't know what I was talking about (Ugh lady, I guess I'll have to "GOOGLE" it myself, that model doesn't exist!). Another place had it in stock, however I couldn't pick it up they had to ship it!!!?? Arrival time 5-7 business days (also $10.00 more)!!! Well, needless to say, between the price of the element and the shipping it was 10 cent difference! It arrived withing 2 days, packed extremely well and in tacked! 10 minutes later, my oven was up and running! Thank you and you will have my business and anyone else that is looking for replacement parts!!"

"While I did get what I ordered, it costed me more for shipping than the parts I ordered. I specifically asked for regular shipping; however, the shipment arrived the following day and, I was charged more for postage than the cost for the parts."
