Happy Customer after all

"This is an update to my earlier review given below. I went from 2 stars to 5 stars. There was a NO Delivery issue. Turn out it was UPS fault, not Appliance Parts Pro's fault. Appliance Parts Pro's customer service did a fantastic job in resending the part to me next day delivery. I installed the part (direct drive motor coupling) and my 28 yrs. old washing machine started working again. We are very happy!! I am fairly technical guy, a senior citizen, but never worked on a washing machine before. Thanks to an excellent repair video they have. That gave me a huge confidence to diagnose the problem and order the part, installed and repaired the machine. They have a very good video, very concise and to the point. Every word was well chosen in the video, no extra unneeded stories. A piece of advice to future customers: Watch very carefully and listen every word. You will be able to complete your repair successfully. Thank you.

Still waiting for part to be delivered. Ordered more than one week ago. After I called Customer support, now UPS wants my physical address. On my order, I gave my P.O. Box address for security/ Safe delivery. Still no status for delivery. It already passed the delivery date. I paid $10 for S&H for a tinny package. No delivery!! This is not acceptable. I want my $$ refunded if not delivered in next day or two.

Appliance Parts Pros -- Great Quality OEM Parts and Wonderful Repair Videos!

"The replacement drive shaft and tub seal kit I received was OEM and an exact replacement for the failed parts in my Whirlpool Cabrio washer. You may be tempted to find something aftermarket; for something like this, I'd advise to go with the OEM parts. I looked at aftermarket briefly, but after multiple reviews mentioning those bearings or tub seal leaking and/or failing six months later, I opted to spend the additional money and get the Whirlpool parts, and I'm very glad that I did. Also very appreciative of the repair videos made available for free by Appliance Parts Pros! I've followed many of their videos and saved myself thousands in maintenance and service calls by fixing my own appliances. This repair took me awhile longer than it would have taken a pro, but the repair went smoothly, the washer doesn't leak, and it runs as smoothly and quietly as it did when we bought it 13 years ago. The price was lower than other resellers, and the shipping was fast -- three days!"

"I have used Appliance Parts Pros before and each time the delivery was fast, the help they give always works. The best part of all you save money and your appliance is back to doing what it is supposed to do.
