"I made two orders for parts for my clothes washer. It was making an awful noise but I decided to do the least expensive fix first, since the agitator dogs in my machine were worn out. Alas, it was not to be. I had to do the expensive fix to get rid of the noise. The parts came within 3 business days of when I entered each order. The on-line videos are very useful, although Matt skips steps sometimes. I only gave APP 4 stars because the on-line chat "experts" don't really sound like experts. One "expert" told me that " ... the orientation of the anti-rattle clip did not matter ... as long as it was there ...". I could look at the design of the clip and tell that the orientation of the clip did, indeed, matter. I have engineered for over 4 decades so I was able to finally determine the proper orientation of the clip."
