"The staff for customer service was great and ensured that I ordered the correct part for My Heavy Duty Kenmore Washer 80 series. I knew I needed dog bones but did not know what size they assisted me on that part. I had one more part to order and had a picture which they told me the name vacuum breaker. It was easy to order the parts and just wait for the parts to be delivered.
Last night I replaced the parts and used my washer to wash my clothes. I love the videos so you shows you what you need to do and what tools to have too. Somehow my parts got missent and delayed but I ordered on Thursday and received the parts on Tuesday."
