Shipping was prompt - BUT one package containing a spring clip had been pilfered.
A full week ago I supplied pictures and have heard nothing until today -asking for pictures.
Support obviously isn't handling issues properly
So right now a full week lost and probably a lost job and money.
Dissapointed.
Pro: Prompt ship and good when good.
Con: PITA when they mis-ship or ship pilfered packages."

"Very good site, but I had trouble determining a particular part using the parts schematics. The part was a upper drive shaft seal for a whirlpool washer. The video provided at a seal site led me to believe I had the correct seal, which was wrong. I am returning the seals ordered. There needs to be more descriptive information for a part."
