"I spent $30 extra for FedEx overnight of a Drain Pump motor for my WhirlpoolDuet front loader washing machine. The part showed up one day late due a delay, the reason for which, was never provided. And..... it showed up broken because it wasn't packed well at all. Horrible experience. "
