"My Kitchen Aid Blender had not been used for several years. When I went to use it, I put all ingredients in the picture and pressed a blend button and it sounded like the motor was running but blender blades were not spinning. I removed the picture and found that the coupler between the blender motor and picture had disintegrated.(Dry rot) I ordered the coupling, received it in the mail, replaced it on the blender motor and now the blender has been repaired."
