"Normally, Appliance Parts Pros has the items needed for most repairs. I needed a thermal fuse for a dryer, which they had. I paid for two day delivery which should have placed the delivery on a Friday. It was delivered on a Monday. Additionally, the " out of stock " items I wound up needing were very overpriced compared to other sources. I wound up buying a complete kit ( thermal fuses, limit switches, element) from Amazon for about $30 which was far less expensive than APP's thermal fuse and alleged two day delivery. The kit I bought, if broken down into components and purchased through APP, would be more than the dryer is worth. APP is no longer my first stop for appliance parts queries. "

"Trying to save my dryer which had stopped heating. Ordered parts that did not solve the problem. Received instruction on how to use a multi-meter in order to check fuses instead of ordering new parts. Thank you Michael Bondi. However everything checked out fine and there must be an electrical issue in the setting timers. Not worth replacing and I ended up getting a new dryer. APP allowed me to return the parts.
Best group of folks to work with. Will always turn to them for my appliance repair needs.
