"Replaced the infinite switch for the right front heating element on a GE 30 inch Slide in electric range. The eye would barely heat or go to max heat of its own accord. ordered the replacement part and it got here quickly. Replaced the switch and it is now working like it should. This is after I spent a too much time trying to figure out how to get through the sheet metal to the switch and going through an exercise to get the right part. Tech support was very helpful and patient."

"The return page lets you select "part was installed and did not solve the issue" but you CANNOT return a installed part. Very misleading after I spend time and money mailing the parts. BE HONEST!!!"

"Bought cold & hot water inlet valves for my LG front load washer. So easy to find the right part #s and the repair video made it a quick and easy fix (love the videos!). Did have to do hardware store run to get new hoses - old hoses were original to washer and leaking. Biggest issue, I paid for expedited shipping because we had company coming, but Fdx took 10 days getting it to us. Not the fault of APPros - they shipped it the same day I ordered it. Love APPros, they have saved me big $$$ since finding their website!
